I am the manager of the store. Our products are all natural, and if you arent happy with what you purchases, you can get a full refund. We are sorry for the inconvenience if you in the past came when we were temporarily closed (15 minutes) if we were short staffed. We are a small store and we are hiring for better coverage. The more people buy in store the more staff we have. Do to the fact that their are no bathroom facilities, it would be understandable if only one person is working. Our foundations are wonderful, and we can show you how to apply it after complimentary applying the right skincare and primer. Call for an appointment to get one on one service, and we guarantee you will love it!

When I Googled cruelty free makeup, 100% PURE popped up, and as there is a store in Annapolis Mall I went right over. Mary did a fantastic job of cleansing my face, making me up, and explaining the products, and I bought the whole shebang. I am 66 and so happy to find a makeup that is light and covers and looks like my own skin. Thank you, Mary, and 100% PURE!

I tried their foundation, eyeshadow, and lipstick. The foundation was the worst Ive ever owned, impossible to apply smoothly, was blotchy and caked in patches. The eyeshadow was worse, causing eyes to get itchy and watery within minutes of applying which Ive never experienced with any other eyeshadow. Total waste of money. The lipstick was fine.

Had to wait for the staff to return to open the door (door closed during normal shopping hours) to shop. I will order online if I want more products.
