Worst Ulta i have ever been it. I usually go to the Ulta in White Marsh and the staff there was the big reason I always return. This one in belair seemed very under staffed or the employees just didnt care. I am pretty easy person to persuade and i usually spend alot every time I go and leave satisfied with my products. I stood around looking at products noticing that there was not one employee around. Not one person going around asking if people need to be helped. Its a beauty supply store so the main purpose of your employees should be educating your customers on new products helping them find what they are looking for and guiding people through the products if they have questions. After 20 minutes of me googling products and looking through the dirty un organized samples a employee asked if i need to be help. By the way i am 6foot tall so i am pretty easy to spot. She just seemed so confused and it took her a while to just understand i needed a good moisturizer because im using prescribed retin a for acne. She then took me over to a product and I asked her some questions and she just had no idea about any of the products expect one so it made me not trust her advice. Cleary training is a lack. She also told me an item was out of stock which was a lie there was like 8 of them on a display. Clearly she must be in the back the whole time because she really didnt know anything. Really never in my life will I go in this store or recommend it to anyone. Will only go to the store in whitemarsh from now on or even better the Sephora in Towson Mall the brands are better and the employees there are eager to help you. Also I didnt have makeup on and maybe this was the reason i was treated different but looking at the other reviews i think this might be a trend. Alot of girls go to beauty stores looking a natural mess because who tries on makeup with a full face on. I spend around 500-1500 a month on beauty products and no one should be treated different if they arent looking perfect. Girls should be leaving feeling happy and beautiful not feeling like they just wasted thier time

Before I start let me say I am very experienced in makeup and pretty much wear a full face everyday. This day I went in I was bare face, sweatpants and looking like a slob. I was there for maybe 15 minutes and was followed around and asked if I needed something 6 times. This is a bit annoying but whatever, Im used to it. But it felt as if they were following me to see if I was stealing something....my suspicions were confirmed when one employee said to another "...its okay as long as she bought something." Its extremely rude to assume someones going to steal something based off how they were dressed and to speak about them right in front of them. I guess you cant shop for makeup unless you go in full face and wearing heels huh.

While I cant speak for the ladies products, the colognes were comprised mainly of "Eau de toilette" rather than to more desired Parfum mixture. Upon questioning the manager, she stated that few, if any, of those were received or in stock. To be fair, this is a store catering to women and not men. Their selection is unremarkable as far as mens fragrances are concerned, and one may be better served to shop Macys for these products.

I was just on the phone with a woman at 8:20pm, so 5 minutes ago and honestly she was rather harsh and rude. I understand that theyre closing soon and that people can have bad days, but hanging up on me when I was in the middle of thanking her for her time was ridiculous. I was asking about salon prices when it comes to lightening my hair from black back to my natural color and she was very short with me and didnt help at all.

My daughter and I just had the pink ribbons for Breast Cancer Awareness placed in our hair. They were offering awesome services for simply $10.00. I observed a dynamic group of women working hard and working as a team. They all had positive attitudes and treated each client as if they were spending top dollar! What a great establishment for this county! Thank you!

I was having a hard time picking out a liquid lipstick and was surprised when no one came over to help me. Most of the associates were hanging out by the cash register chatting and greeting people as they walked in. Also didnt receive any free samples like Im used to getting at the white marsh location. Overall very clean store, just not thoroughly impressed.

Just because I dont have a face full of makeup on doesnt mean I should be treated any less !! The perfume I adore is $60 here !! If you cant treat me right then I will be going to TJ Maxx for their perfume and somewhere else for makeup unless Ulta has a sale going on. To be nice I will say I like the shirts the workers wear. Everything else is bleh.

Love how ULTA has a high end section as well as a lower end section. Their customer svc is awesome (i had called in for my mother who hadnt received her free birthday gift and they talked to the cashier so she could get it that day). Really helpful staff and clean store.

Ive had nothing but great experiences from this Ulta location. Sam in the salon is the best stylist Ive had in years, The Brow Bar...WOW! My eyebrows look normal again! Everyone that Ive had the pleasure of speaking with has been amazing.

They have machines for fast pass and Apple Pay but they are not activated. If your going to have the technology use it. I thought it was for my convenience not yours.

Always awful, staff ignores me and others. Really wish it was better. I just drive the extra time to go to Sephora instead. DON"T recommend it there.
