Customer Service reaches HERO state.! Defective product replaced with love and smiles though I walked in during store closing. I expected to return the next day to complete the process. The store and bathroom appear old, run down, and give the sense its dirty. But, you can tell its well kept and is actually cleaned and well organized. There were plenty of stock to choose from and a good amount of clearance. Easy to navigate. Quiet store. Great place for school supplies and gardening needs.

Big Lots has become our go-to store for furniture and bedding. The products are a great value! Everyone fights over my 3 year old Big Lots recliner and it sits right next to a much more expensive La-Z-Boy.
