Used to love this store. Whatever changed in their stocking policies has made a large difference in whats actually on the floor. Multiple visits and theres no walmart brand bread anywhere. This is repeated with multiple staples that they seem not to stock enough of or at all sometimes. Add to that terrible customer service, NEVER enough cashiers, most of whom dont even greet you and then throw your cleaning supplies in with your fruit in a plastic bag that breaks on the way out to the car for being over-full. The straw that broke the camels back was when I waited in line for 30 minutes while a customer who had a huge cart of stuff paid a portion of his bill and then discovered he didnt have the rest. The cashier let him walk off, try the ATM and then he left the store. The people between that customer and I were flabbergasted. Several minutes of "uh, what do I do?" and rude managers were just terrible. I get that they cant cancel his order because hes paid part of it, but you CAN cancel the stuff he hasnt paid for yet and take his junk over to customer service out of the way. But no, they wangled for forever about it. They could even have helped the people in front of me--whose stuff was on the conveyor belt--to take their groceries to another line so they could get helped. After 10 minutes of wangling they eventually opened a second line that I was able to get into, but those people with stuff on the conveyor belt were STILL standing there waiting for them to get their act together. All the while the managers helping were extremely rude. I was pleased to finally pay for my groceries although many had been frozen goods, frozen no longer. I have back issues and standing with no support for that long can be very painful. And the topper, all the while, no apologies. The clientele at this walmart can vary widely between the upper class hunt valley socialite hiding her dog in her purse to the ghetto independence-card users with four children in tow, slapping two of them to shut up. And almost all of them are just as rude and annoying as the managers. Im done with this store.

Awful Service!! Went in at 6:20am to purchase an Iphone headset because i lost mine. Could not get anyone to assist me. Had 2 come out to tell me " Im off" One guy that was cleaning then attempted to get someone to assist me. Then 2 more came out of the lounge area, when i stopped to ask for assistance one replied i dont work in this dept. the other woman replied, "Im off". Finally a young guy walks by and states " she cant help you because shes off and can get in trouble if she helps you". His name "Brandon". He also happened to work in the dept. Needless to say he was even more rude. Proceeded to tell me that she couldnt help and when i said well if this is your dept, can you assist me because ive been waiting since 6:30am and its now 7:12am. He responded " when i log in" and walked off. Eventually another lady walking by who heard the conversation asked if she could help me with something. I explained to her how long and what my experience had been in the 33 mins id been waiting. Without hesitation, she unlocked the headphones, rang me up, apologized for my experience and offered to go back and get a mgr for me. Finally Carl ( the assistant mgr) emerges and I explain to him what happened and that "Brandon" was extremely rude to hear his response of " are you sure it was Brandon". I said absolutely because i read his name tag. I will continue to write and call until their is a reasonable response to my sanctification because no one should have to experience that much disrespect and witness all of these employees unwilling to do the job!!

Walmart is Walmart. I dont know why people are writing about their poor customer service. You get what you pay for. There is a review about a lady trying to get non-sale pillows for a sale price. This is a PRIME example of a Walmart cutomer. If you want the type of customer service and store managers that will bend over backwards for your business, you dont go to Walmart. You should go to Nieman Marcus, Loyd&Taylor,Nordstroms, or any other department store that has class and classy people shopping. I hate Walmart just because it is full of morons. Maybe the pillow lady has never been to a nice store. Remember the days when department stores had very nice restaurants in them? Walmart has MacDonalds. This is why I rate this store as "good". It is "good" for what it is. It is a super discount store! They are not going to say "I am sorry, I will order those pillows right away and give you a gift certificate for $10.00 for the inconvience. Why would any one buy a pillow from Walmart anyway? I could be wrong but I dont think they sell 1000 thread sheets, or goose down pillows. All I can say is Walmart is Walmart. Concidering the type of store it is, I cant complain. Although I dont like Walmart, I do shop there. I try to go other places as well, just so my children see that there was life before Walmart. Thank you for reading and please forgive any spelling errors.

I went to Walmart today and saw a middle-aged white man with black pants and a white shirt. I thought it was the store manager so I smiled. I went directly to the kids section and saw him again, so I thought hmm weird. I walked to the photo center and there he was on the other side, I said OK something is wrong. I walked to the toys section and minutes later there he was again, I said OK he is definitely following me. I hurried to the other side and saw a walmart employee and told him someone was following me. He asked me to describe him and as I was describing him , the man appeared on the other side, I said him, that’s him. He said im on lunch break but come with me and we will get someone. He then said, he is definitely after you, he keeps staring and walking our way. He ran to the security room and brought whom I believe is the actual store manager. He walked me to the line and as I was about to pay, we saw the man again but this time, he saw me with someone and left. The store manager told me to walk with him outside to make sure I was safe. 5 stars because they made me feel SAFE however i believe there should be security on these stores.

Not sure what store "Lisa " was at but there are definitely no rats. With my job "Tow Driver " I have a good amount of down time at night, so I frequent a lot of Walmarts. By far this one is one of the cleanest, friendliest and most helpful Walmarts around. Too me it sounds like she was fired and has a personal problem with the store rather than a legit problem. As far as everyone else on here yes it use to be 24/7 but people like you complaining about empty shelves has prompted them to close most of Maryland Delaware and New Jersey 24 hr stores as a pilot program to see if it works better. Honestly it sucks and their profits are going to go down. So too sum it up dont listen to Lisa cause not one bit of what she put is anywhere near the truth. This store is one of the best.
