Sales personel were efficient, and they had the exact item that I was looking for. The cramped conditions of the shop are (of course) beyond their control, and they do the most with what they have. Still taking a star off for it, compared to some of the less claustrophobic locations.

This place is horrible, they never pick up the phone, are badly understaffed and that means LOOONG waits and lines, just doesnt seem like they want my money. Also when I went there i never got my special gift for pre-ordering a game.

I walked in no one acknowledge me. I asked an associate a question, he rushed to give me an answer that I didnt hear the whole answer because I cut him off while he was talking to a coworker about a game.

Staff was great, came here during the midnight release for Destiny TTK and there were free posters lollipops and everyone working was in good spirits. Not far from home so this will be my new location.

The happiest group of employees Ive ever met at a GameStop. Usually get stuck talking about games for hours with the crew. If it wasnt too far from where I live now Id go here exclusively.
