Horrible personnel. There is bald-headed black guy with a ring in his ear, who is very confrontational and has a horrible personality, brandishing his supposed skills as a employee like a dog tag. Speaks to customers with disrespect and should be fired. He shouldnt be working in retail and has no clue about deals or promotions. Another employee also has no qualms about asking for ID to make purchases even though this is a tactic for "holiday scams". Be careful about giving these thugs your card and information. Will never shop again.

Unhappy with the service. Did not get acknowledged as I walked in the store. I was ready to make a purchase for a great amount and was not greeted properly, nor was I asked if I needed any help of any kind. One employee was on the phone and the other seemed to be more concerned with restocking, instead of helping me.

If You Are Below 18+, I Do NOT recommend. You Cant Get Good Games Which are Almost Always M Rated. Just Get it On EBay Or Amazon Or Something. They Dont Ask You For Your ID Unlike Some Places.
