I really like all the other GameStops Ive been to around the area except this one. This was the only store that had the game I wanted in stock, so I came to buy it, but when I told one of the cashiers (David) to get it for me, he kept telling me to upgrade my membership and buy all these other things and when I said "No thanks" to any of the things he offered me, he acted as if he was really irritated with me just because I didnt want what he offered me, I just wanted the game. I got the game, but I was there for such a long time because he kept making me offers I didnt care about! Everytime I sad no, he looked less and less interested in helping me. I definitely do not recommend this GameStop, if you really want a game, go to another store or else have fun with this guys terrible customer service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GAMESTOP. I usually never write reviews but my experience over there was unacceptable. I have never been so disrespected by an employee, especially by an "assistant manager." Long story short, they charged me instead of issuing a refund on a game. The assistant manager (David) insinuated that it was my fault instead of trying to solve the issue. As a result of this incident, I find the integrity of this establishment somewhat suspect, to say the least. So if you would like to receive horrible customer service, then by all means go to this location.

Very pushy about upselling you... The last few times Ive been here its been to pick up an online hold. The guy behind the counter seems disinterested in helping out, and keeps pushing add-on offers like warranties, pro memberships, etc.. He doesnt seem to enjoy the word "no", and just hops into his next sales pitch with a frown. Really starting to feel like Im at a used car dealership. Think Ill drive extra to go to a different GameStop from now on. Judging by other reviews, I think it is this David guy singlehandedly ruining the store.

David V. was excessive with ID checking. Im 22 I work at a bar and I have never been this excessive on checking an ID nor has any other place with mine. I understand I look young but he even pulled out his ID and compared it. I even offered to grab my passport from my car. There was more to the encounter but he was just a complete ass. I wont be back to this location. While looking at the rest of the reviews it seems like hes overall rude with customers.

I thought the two salesmen I worked with were very knowledgeable and eager to help. Sometimes, you can argue they are to eager to help that makes other customers wait a bit longer than they should. I would recommend them and buy from them.

Took way to long. A line was forming and the guy didnt even care. It took him about 30 minutes to get through 2 people in the line because he was asking them irrelevant questions. We ended up leaving and not even purchasing the item intended

Best place to buy games ever, pretty good collection and the staff helps you out but they forgot some important stuff sometimes-like at least 18 and trading is really good

Staff is usually friendly and the selection is okay. Not a lot of rare gems at this store, but the usuals are pretty easy to find and typically in stock.
