My boyfriend went to this specific store because its closer to our house. He was trying to exchange a PlayStation game for a Xbox One game that was a gift from Christmas; and well the Xbox one game was on sale. The associate working there only returned him $3 dollars when the original sale was $60+ and the new sale was $40+.

The new manager used to be the assistant manager to the store. Since his promotion the store has been running much more smoothly. They try their best to accommodate everyone, including people calling in while cashier is ringing up customers. Its a great experience.

I was there now multiple times! Sold and bought a lot of games! The staff is always friendly and helps me on which game I want to buy now! Also do they always have fair prices and if something doesnt work are they always there to help you out!

Parking is a bit precarious, and its next to a chipotle and Starbucks, so lots of poorly parked teenagers. Otherwise, friendly staff, good selection.
