I went in to trade some items in, a few games and a system, and after reviewing the items, Im asked if I am a rewards member (Im not, though I would have signed up if I was not in a hurry). So another customer pipes up and starts to say that he can help me out and apply his membership to benefit us both, but is quickly shut up as one of the employees leans in with a sneer on his face and whispers something in this customers ear. I think it odd, but dismiss it; so I go through with my transaction, decide to get cash instead of store credit and begin to leave, when I hear employees beginning to overtly whisper various defamations about me. AT LEAST WAIT FOR THE CUSTOMER TO LEAVE FIRST BEFORE SPEAKING POORLY OF THEM. The moral of this story: the employees will throw shade at you behind your back unless your part of their boys club, though maybe even then.

I have been going to this gamestop for years, and no matter what state I go to or what GS location I visit, none of them compare. The staff is helpful and polite, sometimes the line is long, but thats almost always due to volume inside the store, not because of new Game Advisors. I reccomend this gamestop to everyone.
