I had purchased a game from one of their sales man on the 9th. It was on reserve bc it came out on the 14th. Obviously it was a Valentines day present. I get there today as they opened and the employee went to the back and was on the phone and ignored the customers in the store. Then when he decided to wait on me he said I could not pick up the game bc it was in my fiancees name. I told him his sales man assured me on the 9th that I could pick it up bc it was a surprise. SO after waiting in Game stop for 20 mins I left without the game and a huge inconvenience> when I asked to speak to the manager he informed me he was the manager. It was just poor service all the way around. I would have never put the reserve on under my boyfriends name if it was going to be a issue like this. I will not be shopping here again!!!!!

bald head what ever his name was told me I couldnt get watch dog two so he can suck it it was a round 1 something a clock when i stomped out so your guys service was horrible and also the bald head guy is retarded and I almost cried so I guess you guys like to make kids crie I was so happy I thought I was going to get watch dog two thanks a lot

Its under new management, to the comment below. Also I spent thousands of dollars over the years on games/consoles/ect. and no where else have I had a team more honest and helpful. They will get you the best possible price for any trade ins and are completely honest with games.
