By far I havent had any problems with my experience with this business until now. As of today I still have gotten my delivery for my daughters headboard. It was supposed to be delivered on 12/16/2016, but upon arrival which they were close 1 1/2 hours late it was broken. They was suppose to request a new one and get it shipped before Christmas which is what Aaron the manager told me. Well I had to call him multiple times about the delivery and nothing done, but he said he was going to do his best to get it out the week of Christmas. Well I owed them less than half on the bed, but I refused to pay until it was probably setup and delivered. Well Aaron said due to the inconvenience we will throw in a mattress if you can pay the balance. He also told me he was out of town the week of Christmas, but Zach will know everything and take care of it. I was very skeptical, but my significant other told me to do it. I called Zach countless of times and still no delivery as I try to explain to my 6 year old she stills doesnt have her bed. I mean these are trained professionals and I understand things come up, but this is by far not acceptable. Now you have my money and still not all of the product. But Zach informed me he cant really tell when the truck is coming to them because its on Ashley Furniture. Truly dont care whose responsible, but at this point Im thinking about getting a full refund and call corporate if this isnt rectified by Friday. I decided to stay with them after purchasing some furniture with them and because they are a small business, but in order to keep the business running you have to satisfy the customer and communicate, but offer immediate solutions.
