Ordered a Lane mission style chair online to replace one that was broken in my home on 9/1/15.. It was priced slightly less than other retailers. Was told 8-12 weeks delivery time, but 14 weeks in and still not delivered. Was finally contacted by the shipping company a week later to arrange delivery. Took time off work and was unable to take delivery do to damage. Wait another 12 weeks for another replacement, it is also damaged. I am not going to get into the number of emails and phone calls needed to get updates but there were many. There is also a huge lag between delivery of the furniture to their warehouse and then coordination with their delivery companies to get to you (2-3 weeks on top of what they tell you). I dont know what time is worth, but saving $150.00 on a chair doesnt pencil out with this much headache. Its 2/6/16 and still no chair. Ill be getting a refund. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, just dont seem to be concerned about rectifying delivery issues in a timely manner or communicating with their subcontracted delivery drivers. I would avoid doing business with this company.

Do not buy from this company. They will not deliver the items ordered within a reasonable time, but they will charge you immediately. Their emails state they will deliver the items you ordered within 2 months. After 3 months of waiting, they say it will be even longer but they will not cancel the order without a huge fee. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge because the items were never received. I emailed this company about my credit dispute before and after the disbute and they have the audacity to not even mention the dispute in their reply, only to reply that it will be another month before delivery. Buy your furniture elsewhere if you want to actually receive your furniture.

"After waiting weeks for the bed to be delivered to our home we found the item would not fit with the way the company manufactured the legs to be fixed to the headboard, which I was not aware of and it was never mentioned in the many conversations with customer service. I had no other choice, but to send the bed back with the delivery service. I found after speaking with customer service they are trying to charge a 25% restocking fee and a delivery charge. Almost a $1,000! I will never order anything from a company like this and dont know how they can possibly still be in business with the terrible customer service they have! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! "

Sadly I did not heed the warnings of others. I called and talked to Katie Douglas at Home Gallery Stores about ordering a bed with storage underneath. After twice calling and being told we were in fact getting the bed I requested, when the order arrived, it was the bed without any storage. Sent it back, stating they sent the wrong one, now Im being told that its what we ordered all along. Do not buy from here, there are other, better stores out there, it is not worth it.

Bought two very expensive pendant lights and upon receiving them they looked NOTHING like the picture shown. I called to get them returned and a refund and was told UNLESS the company they were bought thru was willing to refund them, Home Gallery would NOT. Unless I paid several fees to do so. Very rude customer service and extremely unsympathetic. Never buy anything here.

This is an internet furniture store that special orders your furniture and has it shipped directly from factory to your home. This location is just their administration building.
