Wow. Not just a store, an experience. This was pretty much the cream of your neighborhood garage sale. Some really great stuff along with some not so great all mixed in with the smell of age and disinfectant. We bought a cornbread cast iron pan that would have run you $20 at a conventional thrifty-mart, yet here is it was 2 dollars. If youre crafty, there are a ton of things here that no one values that can be re-purposed. If you like refinished furniture, theyre loaded with it. I scoped out some thread for $3 that would have cost upwards of a $100 new. Thread. Just bobbins of thread. So you never know what youll find. Bought a Mackintosh 100% wool jacket for $2. And a full world atlas for a buck fifty.

Mu husband and i were settling our son to start med school at mcv. We went without him as he was busy. We found the help to be most accomodating: tony, ethan, ava, ivan chris, henry, etcetera.....they were most helpful and we found everything we needed there. and the manager, i forgot his name, but he was a real hoot...good sense of humor....this is the place to go. good stuff, fairly priced. great service. and they DELIVER, which mad our job easy. thank you. Dr. and Mrs. E.D.Gross (tony called me Miss Alice, so charming).

Im so disappointed in this place. It use to be my favorite go to store. Great prices, great service, filled with great furniture. Over time Im have seen a down hill spiral. Went in today, the furniture was junky and way over priced. The service is terrible. I seen three different employees not one greeted me. Im sorry this no longer my go to store, I will not refer, donate nor will I be back. I hope this falls under new management because honestly its sad. What a great place it use to be.

Oh man, I LOVE this store. The employees are awesome. The selection of furniture is awesome-tons of high quality pieces in good condition, with lots of antique pieces sprinkled in. And the selection of furniture seems to change by the day. I also love the book collection, and books are sold by the box on the weekend for super cheap. The selection of womens clothes is immense (I got lost in that section for some time), as is the selection of records, picture frames, and lots of other small items.

I have never really walked out of this place with anything however I do know of people who have. It is a bit disorganized and overwhelming but there are a ton of items to go through to find a treasure burried beneath it all. Some great furniture and printers are available. I have never found clothing that particularly fit me but there is a good selection of older men and womens clothing to choose from.

This place is ok if you dont mind getting dirty. The items arent always clean and the building is old and dirty, too. Its semi-organized but the feeling of uncleanliness makes me want to rush to get out of there. But prices seem fair, so overall, if you are looking for a bargain you might come across it here.

Keep in mind that apples are apples, and for a thrift store and donations location, this large venue with smiling, helpful staff is a pleasure to visit. Ive donated more than bought, and although the place is crowded with donations for sale, there is organization and the passageways are uncluttered.

Dusty and dark store--at least in the clothing section. I came out sneezing. If you are a somewhat fashionable person under 50 you will find nothing in the clothing section. If you are one of those artsy people who like to dress like you got dressed in the dark you will be in heaven.

The diversity of things found at this charity shop keep me returning, over and over! The folks are friendly and very helpful. The place is a bit dusty and not in fine condition, but its for the serious pickers who look for treasure! This place is HUGE with so much to see!

Huge selection of electronics (also a designated testing area), kitchenware, glassware, trinkets, books, visual media, and SO MANY CLOTHES! Great deals on furniture as well. Most people shop for the furniture but I found so many other things to occupy my thrifty hunger.

I visit thrift shops all over the area from Ashland down to Colonial Heights and while most places might have their high times and low times throughout the year, this is the one place I can count on to always have something, even if its not what Im looking for.

Great thrift store. Always staff/volunteers working to keep the store in order. I enjoy shopping there as well as donating there. They make it very easy with scheduled donation pickups and drop off. Recent rebranding and new paint job has a new energy there.

Love love love diversity! Not only do they help the community with their profits, but they also have an amazing selection of everything from furniture to clothes. I go all the time and highly recommend it as an essential thrift shop in Richmond.

One of my favorite thrift shops in Richmond. They always have a great selection of houseware items and furniture. Great deals on some nice items. The parking lot is small but when it fills up you can usually find street parking on the block.

I love this thrift store, my mom and I go all the time. I always leave with something. Be forewarned they do re-arrange the store quite a bit, so get used to their brand of departmental musical chairs. Great place and great staffers.

Love it! Huge selection of everything. Love wandering around it. Its not cramped and everything is well organized. Staff is great and the money goes to a great cause! Oh, and they usually have really awesome cheap used furniture.

Huge place with a lot of things the sift through. The organization is a little lacking, and the quality of the goods is not great; but the prices are low, and you can find some gems if you take you time!

Dont come here expecting high-end stuff. But I Was able to find some steals on very usable furniture and kitchenware. I will definitely consider coming back. They also make donating items VERY easy!

Occasionally will find gems here. Large selection of glass ware and furniture. Some stuff is slightly dated and definitely in the well used category. Prices are better than goodwill though.

This place is beyond hell..All of the glassware was very dirty and unsanitary. One of the glasses had a dead spider in it..I definitely do not recommend shopping here..Dont waste your time.

Diversity has come a long way over the years! Its a little disorganized at times but they have a fantastic selection. I always set aside an hour or so to go through everything.

Great place, friendly people. Not well-organized, but I am okay with that, because you find the best bargains in a store like this. You never know what is going to show up.

Has a lot of stuff but most of it is very eh. Still a good place to waste an hour or two browsing. Huge book and kitchen ware selection but a terrible shoe selection.
