Im only reviewing based on a phone call I just recently made to this location. I was calling to ask about Christmas assistance and the lady that answered was very cold and rude as she stated that the list was closed in October. Its very disheartening to call somewhere when you need help and be spoken to like you are disgusting, and thats how I felt. It is hard enough swallowing your pride to take that first step because you know that you need help. Then making that nervous phone call hoping to get a little help, and then be treated that way. I hope that this can be a reminder to be kind to everyone. You never know the story of someone right in front of you, or on the phone. Please give love and kindness to others. God bless.

Really disorganized and cluttered. I went for a sale I saw on facebook and manged to find a few good things, but regular prices (on clothes especially) are way too high for 2nd hand. And of course, my biggest pet peev, lots of stuff with NO PRICE! Lots of yelling across the store and complaining about wanting to close up, turning off half the lights 20mins before closing. Nobody wants to work late, but thats going overboard. Im sure its a thankless and monotonous job, at minimum pay, but you might as well make the best of it.

Store looks like an overcrowed garrage and prices like a high dollar antique store, seriously yall folks that shop at your store dont come to buy high dollar banged up n scratched old stuff priced as high or higher than its contemporary new, they come to buy old stuff because new is not in the budget If ya want to sell stuff ya get for free at fancy prices open a botique. Lost a customer and gained a story that will be shared not just here on line.

( Old Lady ) Casher always Rude & Store look really nasty. This Store Need to Make Nicer like Good will in Massaponax. I love going goodWill. Sorry Customer.... I been going Thrift Store Many Time. I just had Enough of it. HopeFully They will make nicer for Customer come back again. I like Clean Store

good stuff and prices, but they do not organize by size like MWShoppe, too hard to look for clothes. I buy other stuff there, but not clothes. Its NOT dirty, much cheaper than GoodWill, and goodwill didnt organize by size either, (I havent been there in a year)

NICE FURNITURE. Clean and very cheap. Have never bought clothes and have never heard any complaints. Unlike Goodwill definitely a charity not a retail store posing a charity. Has a bad habit of closing early wasting my gas and time.
