I like Cracker Barrel, but have had two separate incidents in the last 30 days at this store. On June 18, I was visiting in the area and ordered two dinners to go. One was fine but the other plate had "1/2 slice of meatloaf instead of the hamburger steak" ordered. On July 4, I decided to try again while visiting in the area. I checked my bag before leaving store. This time, there was "fried apples" instead of "baked apple dessert" as requested. I even had the person taking order to repeat it to me when called in. The error was made by order taker, since the ticket read "fried apples". It was not a kitchen error. I can understand mistakes happen and maybe someone needs to be a little more careful and when in doubt, it doesnt hurt to ask customer to repeat order.

I love the food at Cracker Barrel, but theres always a lot of people and a long wait. So I tried to get an order to go, which I asked for two roast beef entrees a la carte with biscuits and jam. Waited a few minutes, a cashier offered that I could go ahead and pay for my order, so I thought that would speed the process along. No. After my order was paid for, it was no longer in the system. Once its not in the system, it doesnt look like Im still waiting. So finally after 20 minutes a manager decides to take my receipt and fulfill my order, which in the receipt, there was no biscuits and jam. So I waited a super long time for not everything I wanted. They really need to revamp their to go system or disallow unfulfilled orders to be paid for.

went to eat here with my family for lunch nice homey laid back old timey and service was great our waiter was so friendly and the wait for our food wasnt long at all.The food was plenty and tasty we ordered breakfast food of course pancakes eggs bacon sausage and the highlight was the fluffy buttery pancakes i also like the gift shop when you enter and exit very nice things.

Staff was friendly and nice. Table was full of syrup and I placed my arm in it before noticing. Coffee was just a hair above warm and food also came out mildly cooled. Country fried steak was also abnormally high in fat chunks so overall this particular location didnt stand out but I love their chain. Okay if hungry but local places definitely will beat this location.

Went to the Laburnum location one day with my husband and son for breakfast. Was treated rudely by the hostess and then again by our waiter. A lot of eye rolling and bad attitude. We didnt even stay because I felt so disrespected. Have not been back to this location and will never be back to the Laburnum location.

It was wonderful and enjoyable. The service was A1 and noticeing the staff over all they were prompt, mannerable, and attentive to the customers. They did an outstanding job! The food was great! My mom and I really enjoyed everything. I wanted to let the manager know that she was doing a great job with her staff.

The customer service at the Laburnum location is impeccable. Cordell/ Anthony know how to do it right. These guys put service on a different level. No wonder why people love coming here. Not to mentioned the food is delicious. P.s Ross where are the lemons.

Been here more than a few times and overall a nice place. It is rare that the staff is poor but it has happened. Id say the biggest issue is that its always cold. Lovely real fireplace though and they are clean...the food is wonderful.

I think the Cracker Barrel is a great place to eat,the food is great and the service is great as well. The people working there are so friendly. I would certainly recommend to go there and eat.I also love the old country.

No longer coming here. Service was friendly, however my friend and I both got sick after our last visit. The ridiculously loud hick music is also a major turn-off. (Yes, I realize its a country-themed place)

Overall experience - meh. Subpar service, subpar food, nice atmosphere though. Our waitress can use a little training. Maybe it was the particular night, but our experience left something to be desired.

I love this old country store. The breakfast is right and besides they give you warm syrup. Not ice cold and tacky like other places. The best variety of candy too you can eat and then shop
