I had two daughters graduating at different times but ordered two presentation bouquets at the same time. The one woman was very helpful, I gave some suggestions but, told her to use her best creative expertise, she even suggested I didnt need to spend as much as I anticipated. The first bouquet was gorgeous! The second bouquet was just as beautiful but tiny, difficult to present to someone who had seen the first bouquet and not feel she got less. The florist offered to add more flowers at no charge, gave me lip service about the caliber of flowers used and told me I should have spent more money. The experience was frustrating given I had offered to pay one amount, followed the associates advise, then got two completely different type arrangements. I do have to say though, they were both beautiful.

Everyone at the new leaf was so friendly and very welcoming. I couldnt have asked for better services. I had stop in before work, looking for something for my mother’s birthday. I asked if they could deliver to her work and what time they would arrive. The owner told me most likely 11:30 - 12. And They showed up at the office at 10am I was very happy. The piece was so beautiful, and with a loving card .My mother was in tears. she still talking about her protea flower. I will definitley be going back to the new leaf. I highly recommended!

Could not be any happier with my experience with this florist! I called a few minutes after they had closed on a Friday afternoon and they enthusiastically took my order and said that they would deliver an arrangement that very day as they were not open on Saturday. The woman I spoke with was patient and friendly, never making me feel rushed or like it was an inconvenience. I will definitely give my business to The New Leaf in the future! Thanks!

There is nothing that shows "I care about you" more than a beautiful, unique arrangement by The New Leaf. I just brought one to my friend in the hospital and, as walking up, I had people say from their cars how gorgeous it is, as well as hospital employees. Thank you. Ill never go anywhere else.

Very satisfied customer. I got a dozen red roses with greenery for valentines day. A bit pricey, $4 a rose on valentines day, but the staff were very personable and quick in their service. I got the flowers wrapped then arranged them in my own vase.
