My husband ordered flowers online for Valentines Day, and when it came time to get them, I never recieved them then or 4 days after the fact. Then when I call to ask where my flowers were, the lady was useless and seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. And apparently individual order numbers are not a good way to find an order? Im pretty sure these people should not own a flower shop let alone run a business.

I called in for an arrangement for a Co-worker that had recently delivered a Beautiful Baby Girl around 3pm and they had the arrangement done by 4pm. I want to thank them I ask for something pink and the arrangement was simply beautiful. Thanks a lot Job Done Excellently..

While you may do lovely floral arrangements the sign outside your business reads, "Bokays $9.99". Bokays? A florist who doesnt know how to spell bouquet? You will do more business if you put up signs that are spelled correctly. Good luck to you.

Never been treated with more disrespect in my life. Cannot understand how this establishment stays in business!! If you want to be treated like a paying customer should go 1 minute up the street to Plumeria Florist where I enjoyed my visit!!

Paid up front nothing delivered no call no show and now no answer however the bank shows payment....after a Monday delivery its Saturday and nothing? VERY unprofessional. I want a full refund and compensation.

Customer service is horrible and staff acts like it is an inconvenience to help and answer questions. The store reeks of cigarettes . I will never use them again...
