Would have rated them higher but just not very happy with the results. I will say one plus and where they will get 5 star is the actual bouquet. it was beautiful! Now the disappointment comes with the 14 centerpieces. Our colors that we supplied from the very beginning were Purple, Green and Gold. They want paid in full almost a month out. this concerns me because how do you know everything is going to be correct. the day the flowers arrived at our venue I see, as you will in the pictures, yellow and green, no purple. This led to very boring centerpieces. After we return from our honeymoon I called to offer my thoughts. I was able to speak to the owner and she told me that Wendy told us the centerpieces were too small, she said that she tried to talk us into larger but we didnt want to pay. So this to me is the first time they tried to blame us. The funny thing is I was not talking about the size, I called about the lack of Purple, the size was actually perfect for what we wanted with other decorations we had. Wendy then proceeded to tell me exactly what was on the contract and even cited that trachillium was included. I say yes that is the purple flowers. She states that it comes in purple and green. She thinks the green fills in better. She said we wanted to stay at $40 a centerpiece so thats what we could get. Again blaming us. My comment to that was in the very beginning when Wendy asked what our colors were, and we say Purple, Green and Gold. if the Trachillium also comes in Purple, why not use it? So I do not want to get too long here but problems we had, Wendy did not give us centerpieces that represented the colors of our wedding and when we questioned it, they blame us. When I called and spoke to the owner, she said no one has ever complained before. I guess she dosnt look online because she does have a negative review besides us. and where you have one, you have many that will be upset but not say anything.

At first, Wendy seemed very helpful and willing to do what I had in mind then 2 weeks before my wedding she told me she never received the email I had sent back in January of the picture of my centerpieces, this cost me an additional $300 to get what I had already stated what I wanted and my expectations. The centerpieces were nice but then there was the bridesmaids bouquets that I had wanted to be full of white flowers and pops of baby breathe: they were predominantly babys breathe with small white flowers that you could barely see and the arrangement looked thrown together and these cost me $37 per bouquet. My bouquet was pretty and close to what I said I had wanted but for $270 it should have floored me and it was much smaller than I had showed Wendy that I wanted. I was SO DISAPPOINTED with this florist and their professionalism and I will never be back nor would I recommend them to anyone for wedding day flowers. I should have went with Royers since they ended up being the same cost in the end and at least I know the quality would have been much better!

I needed a flower delivery to Lancaster General Hospital - a patient was very sick, and everyone was having a rough time, but when the gift delivered by this local small business arrived it brightened lots of hearts. I never use those 1800 marketing companies because when I call a local business owner the end result is always so much better.
