If you want to be harassed by this company, then make an online purchase and dont sign up for their mailing list. They will put you on the mailing list anyway and in a span of 11 days, email you 2-3 times a day even after you choose unsubscribe from the first email you receive. When you call and ask to be taken off the mailing list, they collect information from you and still dont take you off the mailing list as you get another 2-3 emails. When you call and talk to Jim, he will tell you that "you signed up for the mailing list" implying its your fault and will tell you it could "take a week or so" to get taken off the mailing list and then hangs up on you. This is plain and simple harassment! Jim...use a system that allows for your "unsubscribes" to be automatic as most of us in the business world do! I will NEVER do business with this company again.

Ordered the Teleflora garden romance in standard size. Living out of town, I wanted to send flowers to my mothers work for Mothers day. The pros: The flowers were delivered on the set date to the correct address, the flowers werent half dead and looked great, and she loved them. However Im a little upset that there were 3 flowers that were supposed to be in the bouquet that were not. I know this is common for florists to substitute but, come on no hydrangea, no lavender OR alstroemeria? Feel as though I was ripped off but my mom loved them, so thats the reason for 3 stars.

I met with Robert to plan the flowers for my wedding. I was a worried and stressed out bride. After giving Robert my "Theme" and a few ideas he was pulling out all the stops. Robert and the team at Flowers By Lucy where so nice and overly caring about my special day. I feel so relaxed knowing Robert and the Team at Flowers By Lucy will make my wedding day a wonderful one! I will tell my friends and use Flowers By Lucy for ALL my flower needs in the future!

Seen a item on line that was listed for $5, I called and wanted to make sure they still had it and when I told them what the price was they just laughed. They said it was a misprint and wouldnt honor the price that was shown and didnt offer a dicounted price. The people are a joke. Will never buy anything from them. I have pics on my phone of this item for this price as well.
