THIS PLACE DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. I dont even feel comfortable ranking them with 1 star. Terrible customer service, they couldnt even get it right on the second delivery attempt so they left a note for me to come and pick it up at the store. Showed up at 430 (online says store closes at 5, no hours posted on the door) on a Friday afternoon to a locked door, lights off, and open sign on. Tried calling yet again to get a full mailbox. My boyfriend called and was hung up by an associate who said there was nothing she could do. He had to call corporate to demand his money back. This place is a joke and should not even be in business.

They are not professional at all. For this place to be a running establishment, they do not have a set time on their website, their storefront or the answering service. Also, I paid for my arrangment days before the date I was suppose to pick it up. How can someone run a successful business without set times. I sat outside of the store for an hour and seen five different families come by looking for a time or to pick up a order. Finally, the corsage I purchased has more greenery than the flower! I did not pay for greenery! I rate this store NO stars.

Outstanding service! A true florist who knows the meanings of flowers and matched me with the right flower for the occasion. Goldies staff took time out to find a sympathy bouquet during Valentines day weekend! My only florist for the rest of my tour here - great job!
