When I first entered Sephora it was to get a specific item that was sold out online and not in stock in my citys Sephora. I went to the makeup brands section where I found that the pallete I was searching for was not on display so I looked in the drawer under the display knowing that my citys Sephora often carries new product in the drawers but not out on the shelves. A female employee rudely walked over and asked "can I help you" with an attitude and I said "no I found what I was looking for" and picked up the palette I was purchasing, she said nothing and shut the drawer in front of me and walked off. Not only was she unhelpful, but if it werent for the mere fact I couldnt find that palette anywhere else, she would have lost a paying customer due to her lack of friendly customer service.

I came to Sephora in MacArthur Center, Norfolk with my mother this evening and was very disappointed with experience. There were about 6-7 employees working around 7pm when we came in looking for a lipstick. Not being quite experienced with makeup, we wandered the store looking around for a while and not once did a single employee offer to help. If it wasnt already astounding enough to watch them stand in a group of 4 where they appeared to be loudly gossip/giggling in the corner, we stood in line behind an employee who was purchasing their own products and this took some time. I wasnt happy with my experience at sephora tonight and i wont be back anytime soon to this location.

They are rude and disrespectful people at this location When they treated my fiance rude on the phone and keep hanging up on her when she asked for a manager, but when i go in there they flat out lie to me. On top of that to havetyour employ be rude to a customers in front of the manager n her say nothing. After these experience my fiance will not be shopping at this store or anything due to thia horriable service

I went to this Sephora looking for some new makeup and the employees were very nice to me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes with everything I needed and more! The employee that helped me was very understanding and even gave me some makeup tips for applying my new makeup. I was pleased with my experience

I always get bad customer service at this location. It was like my being there was an inconvenience. I was shopping for about 10 minutes before anyone spoke or asked if I needed help and there were several associates and very few customers at the time. I love Sephora, but after my experience today, I will find another location to visit.

This is location is a little smaller than others and customer service is a hit or miss, but Anthony (one of the MUAs who does makeovers) is amazing and well worth visiting this Sephora!

Your supposed to get a full face makeover if u spend $50+ but its nvr offered, annoying ppl work there mostly. Bad exprience. Go somewhere else.
