Purchased an outfit at love tunnel which it didnt fit even though it said one size fit all I was very unsatisfied with the plus size section and I wasnt interested in anything else I havent even had the outfit for 24 hours the cashier that wrung me up said she spoke with the manager and worked out a return now when I called back someone else answered the phone and we had a 3 way with the manager he refuses to give me my money back after he already stated that he would

This place is great! Im so glad theyre back open. They have the best prices around, and so much stuff to choose from. I come here every time i need anything! The sales ladies are so nice and open. They definitely know their products, and dont make you feel wierd or embarassed. Great selection of toys for both sexes ;)

We move around a lot and this by far was the WORST store weve ever been to. Its way over priced, and only has basic merchandise. The older Arab gentleman in there gave horrible customer service. Virginia Beach definitely needs a Castle Mega Store or an Adam and Eves. Not worth the 1 star I had to give for this review!
