Midlothian BMW isnt just a fancy big name dealership on the Midlothian Turnpike. They are the epitome of customer service. I was a typical, current hard times car buyer. I was getting by with my trusty old 94 Civic. Then it developed a major engine problem which was not worth repairing, nor did I have the means for a major repair. I decided on getting a replacement to use to go to work. Ive been seeing and reading about the Fiat 500 Abarth. I figured the good gas mileage and its supposedly torquey motor would be a fun replacement. I went online to look for one that I could afford but had low miles. I narrowed my search down to five dealers in my general area. After sending out my not so good credit info, three never called me back and one called back days later telling me of my loan rejection. The day after I sent out emails of intent, Robert Jackson from Midlothian BMW contacted me. I wasnt expecting much because of my credit record, but right off the bat he was very courteous and professional. He set me up with Justin Maurice of their finance department. On the same day, Justin was able to find a lender willing to work with me and I was able to put in my downpayment. Midlothian BMW is an hour and a half drive from where we live. We took a rental car to Richmond, planning to drop it off at the rental lot a good three to four miles from the dealership. We told Robert of our plan and asked him if they offered a customer pick up service. He offered to pick us up personally. He also figured out and let us know ahead of time that the address that we had for the rental lot was closed and that they had moved to a different location. This saved us the experience of pulling up on a vacant lot. He was there when we arrived, very cordial and accomodating. The car was waiting for us in front of the dealership when we arrived, all serviced, washed, waxed and detailed. We test drove the beast of a Fiat 500 Abarth, signed the papers, hung out a little bit in their pristine showroom and we left with the new member of the family. It was, overall, a million dollar experience for a simple car shopper like me. I definitely recommend shopping at Midlothian BMW for your next brand new sports car or your next beater. Both of which you can be assured will be quality cars and that you will definitely receive outstanding customer service.

I purchased a used x3 and the deal started off well. I got a good price and they were very responsive. But when I went to pick up the vehicle the seat was damaged. They agreed to fix it and deliver it to me the next business day - Monday . They sent pictures and assured me it was fixed. And they would warranty the repairs. They delivered it two days later but it was dirty and they said they could not wash it because of the minor exterior scratch repair. I looked at it quickly and accepted the car. The next day I was washing the windows and door jam and noticed the stuff the used to repair the seat was all over and would not come off. Upon further inspection I found several additional scratches and cracks on both seats. I called the sales rep right away. I also texted and emailed my concerns he took several days to reply. He said they would get back to me about how they would fix it. I followed up two days later and he Then said his manager was out for 3 days. When I said that was unacceptable he said he spoke to another manager and they will repair the car. I asked for that in writing and I wanted a call from the manager. I have yet to get a response one week later. I called the dealership and asked for the manager. She took my information and said the manager would call me back. Its 3 days and no call. Not sure what to do now!! I live over an hour from the dealership and have had a very busy schedule- I will have to try and call again and again until they agree to come get the car and repair it properly !!! I love the car but very disappointed in the lack of follow up on promises they made. And for not properly inspecting and cleaning the vehicle prior to delivery.

I had the privilege of purchasing my first BMW from Richmond BMW - Midlothian. From start to finish the process was seamless, I initially made contact with Roshan Patel, Internet Sales Manager. Via email I explained what I was looking for. Roshan sent me information on several vehicles and even delivered a vehicle to my job so that I could test drive it. Roshan is very knowledgeable about the BMW line - and its obvious that he takes pride in his job. After only a couple of days of working with Roshan and the rest of the BMW staff - I decided on a vehicle and purchased it. Roshan came in on his day off to finalize the deal. They prepped the vehicle and even put it a separate showroom with a bow. I took the car home and realized I actually liked another one better. I spoke with Roshan and he worked with Bob Nance and Brandon Breckner to secure the vehicle I liked more. At Richmond BMW-Midlothian customer service is definitely number one. The customers are treated with superb service and all of the staff are very attentive and great to work with. This has been the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I would definitely recommend Richmond BMW- Midlothian to my friends. I had the option to work with a BMW dealer closer to my home, however they did not offer the same type of attention and care that the staff of Richmond BMW-Midlothian offered. Thank you Richmond BMW-Midlothian for sticking with me through my car buying process. I look forward to purchasing other vehicles from you in the future.

Roshan and Brandon were my sales consultants. Both men are a pleasure to work with and go above and beyond as it relates to customer service. Honestly, they were the reason that I ended up choosing the Midlothian store and I look forward to working with them in the future. Bob and Aaron were also helpful and stayed customer focused throughout the process. Aaron did a good job and was very thorough despite the fact that they were having computer software issues and there had been some confusion on the sales side related to a rebate - again it was LATE at night and he was primarily concerned about my experience rather than trying to push product which really helped win my trust - good work (especially considering this was his first week on the job). There were a few twists and turns in the buying process that kept us all there very late on a Friday night (Roshan was actually off on Friday but had come in to finalize my purchase). Ive still got to go back and have a couple of things serviced and corrected on the car because I actually bought the car without ever driving it but I have no doubt everything will be corrected. Normally, I would never consider signing paperwork without having driven a car but again this team of professionals is top notch and they have my trust. I hope that my experiences having my car serviced are as customer focused and assuming they are then Ive found my dealership home.
