They definitely know their way around Audis! No where near the ridiculous dealer prices. They replaced an exhaust clamp, fixed up an exhaust leak, did the 55k maintenance and told me about another exhaust leak which they patched. Id definitely come here again for all services. Update 3/25/17: John gave me an estimate to have the following replaced; front exhaust pipe (flex pipe), timing belt and water pump. After comparing prices I ended up coming back to Exit 11 (I live an hour away) because of the awesome service quality and honesty. They gave me a very nice loaner car for a few days, free of charge. Once I picked up my car John showed me video footage of the replaced exhaust in action. Exit 11s mechanics did a wonderful job with everything. 5/5 would recommend!

I recently brought my 2012 Fusion Sport to Exit 11 for a suspension upgrade and a few other performance modifications. The guys there are great! Being somewhat outside my realm of knowledge, Mark and J.D. were very helpful and answered all of my questions regarding the each specification and the exact time each install would take. They are incredibly professional, not only in their customer interaction, but the facility is beautiful and much nicer than any other mechanic Ive ever visited. They all wear uniforms, their equipment is top of the line, and even sell their own t-shirts! Overall, it was a great experience, professional AND affordable, and I will most definitely be doing business with them again in the future. Thanks guys!

Same day service and tuner-friendly. Took my MkIV GTI 1.8T in for an alignment and brake flush. I had recently changed my own tie rod ends and wanted to make sure everything was straight. The alignment turned out to be entirely within spec and as a result they only charged me for the alignment check ($20 vs $90). Fair, knowledgeable techs who treated my car well despite the number of /r/justrolledintotheshop-worthy hacks inside and out. Good folks and reasonable labor rate, will definitely be my go-to for any future needs in the Rochester area.

I highly recommend Exit 11 auto for purchasing and maintaining a car. I bought my 2005 Audi a4 here and it has been great. They were completely honest with the history of the vehicle. They have given me the fairest prices around and dont try to sell me on extra stuff that I dont need. I recently had an issue with a suspension I bought online and they personally called the parts manufacturer to deal with them. That to me goes above and beyond. They always make sure the vehicle is safe for my family and I. Highly recommend.

I recently brought my 1997 BMW M3 to Exit 11 Auto and was extremely pleased with the service they did. I had Exit 11 Auto do pre-season maintenance on my M3 and am excited to enjoy this season with the comfort that everything was checked over by the European car specialists here in Rochester. I went to Exit 11 Auto to look at a car. After the test drive, i noticed the valve cover gasket was leaking. The salesman told me that if i was interested in the car, he would sell it to me full price with the leaking gasket, and charge me an extra amount to have it fixed. Who tries to sell broken cars for full price?! This place is ridiculous.
