I have been dealing with Jones and Doug since 2000. Over the years I have seen them grow and improve to a class act business. Their service shop is excellent now and sales.....lots of good people including Doug and a very helpful lady named Nedda. I buy all of my equipment from there and get them to service my equipment. They have very good people in their service department especially a young man named Paul. He has been so helpful to me. If I am having problems with something I just take it back and he helps me with it since I am an older lady and not as strong as I use to be. They pick my equipment up in the winter and service it. Since I have been taking it there my mowers have always run all summer. Just bought a new zero turn Ferris mower and love love love it. They brought it out to me and showed me how to use it. The best piece of equipment I have bought (at my age. Makes my life a lot easier.) Doug and crew call me by name and treat me special. I am grateful to them for all they do. Like I said, I have seen them GROW in all departments over the last 16 years. I would highly recommend anyone to go down and establish a relationship with these good people. Respects.....G. Ayres
