Always great service from these guys! Buying parts/ tools/fluids there for years. Only once did I have a problem, which was due to a manufacturers defect on a piece of equipt. - not the stores fault- and they resolved it on the spot, although I had not saved the paperwork. They know their stuff. I have nothing against the big box DIY places- I use them too if its necessary at times, but I suggest that you drive the extra mile, or three... to get your stuff here instead. NAPA quality is good and their prices are very competitive with the AA, AZ and PB places. Plus.. you get the right parts the first time! Great job, guys! David Savage, Hilton/ Greece/Carlton, NY

Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They always take the time to make sure I know exactly what Im doing and what tools Ill need before a repair. They always send me home with the right parts as well. Their parts are top of the line and unlike many competitors, the NAPA brand parts usually comes with new hardware as well (calipers, etc.) which makes the job much easier.
