*Please read* Usually pretty good service. The reason for this 4star rating is as follows: This Autozone branch is generally nice, with good services. Ive had mostly good experience with this store, and dont have many complaints. However, this store is almost always very busy, and is under staffed. With the amount of clientele they get, this store could afford to be 3x the size as well. To some it up, its a good store and they usually have what you might needs, but you might have to wait inline for awhile to get it

I came in to the store, pretty much everyone was people that never seen working in the store. They didnt asked if i needed any help, they all were in a group just talking, and laughing, and i went up to them, and ask them a question, and all they sai was they didnt know, amd pretty much ignored me, amd kept talking and laughing. I always come to this store, but i might stop coming here. These guys are not helpful. I like the other guys that work here, i dont know if they still fo, but they do help you.

Excellent customer service even 10 minutes prior to closing time. The night manager seems understand the importance of honest customer service without the need to blow smoke. It was a pleasure and I will be back with my Mack truck for anything you all can order parts wise and if not able to order Ill at least get all fluids and incidentals needed. God Bless, Ken Smith

Ive never actually gotten help with anything here or actually bought anything really for vehicle except for cleaning supplies, air fresheners/etc. I always love that Auto Zone smell though as soon as I walk in the door it always has a very distinct and nice smell that I dont smell anywhere else except for Auto Zone stores- they always smell so great inside!

In a tight spot and needed front pads for my van and Justin took the time to find me a cheap set to get me by, that is awesome customer service, advance didnt even offer to try to get me a cheaper set, looks like Auto zone will get my business for now on,thanks guys!!!
