These people are great. I had a dead battery but was sick and had to keep a Drs appt at Medical Associates and I hoped the car would start when I came out. It did not start but when I called there the Manager came out and jumped my car and followed me back to the store. Everyone in there was so nice and polite.i will drive to do business here and Iive in Barboursville. Every last person in that store is great!!!

My car wouldnt start and the test showed my battery was dead. The young lady said that she still didnt know if the altenator or starter was good and that I needed to go to a shop. Thanks for my own customer service skills for thinking about buying a new battery..retesting and low and behold everything came out good..starter and altenator! I wouldve wasted a visit to the mechanic for nothing..disappointing!

Absolutely horrible customer service!! Wish I could give this store -5 stars! Ordered parts online and drive down to pick up. None of parts were there and when I said they showed in stock online All I got was attitude from the chick behind counter telling me "well they showed in stock at store too so cant help with that ". AutoZone will get my business now
