Amazing customer service, no pressure sales tactics, with a wealth of knowledge and patience! Brian Deely (owner/manager) is the best ski bootfitter in the DMV area and well worth an extended drive. He was highly recommended to us through multiple ski instructors at Liberty and Whitetail in PA. Despite having 2x ski shops w/in 20 minutes, he was worth the 2hr drive (rush hour traffic). Brian was extremely patient and willingly worked on our poorly fitting boots (which were purchased elsewhere). Despite dedicating over 2x hours of his time, he charged a minimal $20 and never spoke badly of his competition. Later, during their end of season sale, I purchased a proper pair of boots through Brian. He spent over 3x hours to properly fit and shape the boot shell/liner to my feet. He has a meticulous eye for details, and will educate his customer through the process.

So I found the shop and Brian online after looking for a bootfitter in the DC area. I found him highly recommended. Ive skied most of my life and never had a proper bootfit done. I assumed the pain and discomfort was part of skiing. Well its not. Go to Brian. Go when he isnt to busy spend some time with him. You will find a fit you never thought possible of off the shelf. Then he will improve that fit to the shape of your foot and leg. I always had knee pain and was a slight "A frame" skier I assumed this was due to my ability as an amatuer. From just looking at me Brian diagnosed my slight knocked knees and fixed them with a cant. This was amazing! Go to Brian buy boots from him and cherish them for the rest of your life.

Great service and attention to detail during a boot fitting. I made the trip from Germantown MD and am glad I did, highly recommended. Each staff member demonstrated equipment expertise, was very personable and fun to discuss aspects of skiing during the process. Great store, great service, great attention to detail, and great passion for the sport.

I brought my 20 year old banged up snowboard to get it tuned up and in one day I got it back and it looks like its brand new. Brought it in with at least 5 deep gouges in the bottom and now there is not a scratch. Edges are now razor sharp and ready to go. You guys have just earned yourself another loyal customer!

If you want ski boots that fit well, this is THE place in the DMV to visit. They know how to fit your foot and all its nuances into a boot that will perform well and be comfortable. You will leave with boots that fit incredibly well and you will enjoy skiing a lot more and be able to progress faster because of it.

Bait and switch. They quoted me $25 for a binding release check saying if I got them there mid day the next day they could do it quickly. I got them there mid day the next day and suddenly it was $50 for an expedite fee to get them within three days.
