For many years my family has turned to Worldgate Florist in Herndon Virginia. They have given us many ideas for floral arrangements for all occasions as well as following our requests for friends and family across the country. Without fail, they have delivered beautiful, exquisite arrangements that have been so happily received that we get a call from each recipient and sometimes an e-mail with a photo of the delivery. In addition, the staff goes out of their way to assist us in our requests, such as, in a recent situation, when they spent hours on the phone to find a florist near a tiny town in Maine - it was my dearest friends eightieth birthday. We now have a quality florist for future reference! The staff at Worldgate Florist is so friendly and helpful, a pleasure to do business with!.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This company is the most unprofessional and corrupt company I have ever dealt with. I ordered flowers for my mother on her Birthday and ordered cali lily planter and she received a regular plant. I called and they stated they did not have it in stock and delivered what they had. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS PRACTICE IS THAT! You can buy what ever you want but we will deliver what we have. No email stating they did not have it in stock or anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FLORIST! I wouldnt be surprised if the positive reviews were written by their own employees!

My order arrived promptly at the correct location of delivery but the flowers were close to NOTHING like what I ordered...I understand the flower type and color are seasonal but the arrangement did not even slightly resemble what I ordered. When I contacted the florist I kindly asked to speak with a manager and was denied that right and the woman I spoke with proceeded to give me $15 off my $70 order. Incredibly dissatisfied and will never order from Worldgate again

By far one of the worse customer service there! My wedding is in a week and I walked into this store needing assistance with picking out my Bouquet. I do understand shops can get busy, however when there are three people in the shop and was not able to assist me there is a problem. I simply said because Im not getting service I have to leave. The response I got back was "Have a nice day". Wow

This florist is FANTASTIC! I work as an executive for a perfume company and we use flowers for displays all the time! This florist has been able to create some of the most beautiful bouquets at prices that are reasonable. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. This business is amazing and I will be using them for all of my floral needs both professional and personal.

Fresh flowers , Pretty Costly and Average Packaging! Pros: The flowers are extremely besutiful and fresh at Worldgate. Cons: Completley disappointed with packaging. I had asked them to wrap it up. They wrapped it up with the most boring look. Loacted in a prime location, they charge you a lot more money. I am sure I could have got my flowers for $10 cheaper in wholefoods.

Delivery is always how its requested and I have never had a problem. Other friends took my recommendation to use Worldgate and have been similarly satisfied. I never use any other florist!

Ive been using Worldgate Florist for a long time, they been there for a long time and are well established. They have the best quality flowers and customer care in the area. Everything is done exceptionally well from a simple flower delivery to a large scale wedding. Id recommend them for any flower service you will need.
