Palmercare Fairfax

I literally cannot explain my frustration and disgust with this store. I scheduled a pick up for a Tuesday and it turned out I was out of town last minute and could not pick it up before their 7 pm closing time. There was nothing I could do about going out of town last minute, so I called the day of scheduled pickup and was told I could come in the following day. The following day, it snowed between 3-5 inches at my house and at my office and I did not feel it was safe to come out and pick up my arrangment during my lunch hour, the only available time I had to pick up the arrangment (which, mind you, I had fully intended on doing). Rather than using common sense and being understanding about the snow, I was literally YELLED AT on the phone the second whoever picked up after placing me on hold. I was RUDELY asked what I wanted after the phone was picked up, though I was under the impression they were going to the be one asking questions, as they were the ones that placed me on hold. After trying to explain myself and express that it SNOWED and was extremely UNSAFE for me to drive out from Fairfax to Chantilly in the middle of a blizzard, I was chewed out, followed by a serious of "GOODBYE" each time I tried to say something. Needless to say, I demanded a refund. I will be researching the regional manager and will get in contact with whatever dipshit it was I spoke to at the Chantilly store. Nice management skills. I hope you NEVER take your business here, I promise you that if you do you will instantly regret it. On the plus side, I am this poor excuse of an establishments ONLY google review, so hopefully it will get horrible ratings!!! Have an awesome day!!!!!

Service is AMAZING! I called to make a purchase last minute and even though they were closing, he took care of my order and waited for me to make the drive to Chantilly! EXCELLENT customer service and super nice staff!

I was called in for job offer I delivered some stuff but never hired nor gave me the option how I could paid ; to b honest it is done by manager , its terrible n it was in Chantilly va; I cant work work
