For our 50th wedding anniversary, we gave Jan Williams, the approximate size and a few of the types of flowers; plus, the angle from which to be viewed. Jan created this amazing arrangement that was 3.5 ft tall by 4.5 feet wide.....it was absolutely perfect. We were so pleased and the whole arrangement of fresh flowers lasted well over a week (including the orchids). We could not have been happier. It was delivered on time and placed on the Church alter table without a single Bells of Ireland stem being broken. Jan even created the floral design in a gold, sculptured container that was the perfect color, size and match for the floral design. Sam & Betty MAR 2010

I make a trip to Fredburg one a month and try to stop in to see the new items in the store. Every time I enter the store Im made to feel that Im bothering the staff. They ignore you, are rude and I have stood for 10 minutes while the clerk (I think its the owner) fiddled with something else and never looked up while I waited to pay. One of these days Im going in and telling them to go to hell and never return again. Why are they so rude, stuck up and snotty. I guess they dont care if they get repeat business or not. You have lost my business for sure.

Not impressed at all. The woman basically told me she couldnt fill my request when I needed a last minute order for a sudden death in my family. Although it was only 9 a.m. she told me it would be cutting it close and really didnt offer to make it work. When I told it was no problem and that I would just try some place else she said, "okay, thank you." Lost my business that day and forever! Used a florist just down the street from her. Much nicer and very helpful. Wouldnt waste my money with this florist.

Had a bouquet arranged for my mother while in the hospital - we were walk-ins, and needed the arrangement on fairly short notice. The florist listened carefully to our thoughts about what it should look and smell like, went away for about 5 minutes, and returned with a beautiful and aromatic arrangement which my mother loved and which both visitors and staff commented on. A+ work, nice and attentive people - will be getting all future flower arrangements in Fredericksburg from Jan Williams!

Beautiful arrangements, terrific service and the only florist I use and recommend in town! Ive gotten a last-minute corsage, a beautiful anniversary bouquet, and sympathy arrangement from Jan Williams Florals. They are most helpful, friendly, and the flowers are works of art. I have been using this florist for more than 10 years. Every time I place an order I am extremely pleased with the arrangement. The flowers are always beautiful and fresh. By far the best florist in town, hands down. Price is reasonable for the quality of the product. Local delivery available.

Lindy was great to work with over the phone. She had the designer arrange 18 yellow and white carnations. They were delivered on the day that we wanted them to arrive. Easy transaction and great arrangement. Would recommend.
