Best experience ever! I have been a Road Runner Sports user for years (online) and after developing plantar fasciitis thought it might be a good idea to actually get fitted for shoes at a local running store to see if I could at least decrease my pain if not get rid of it. I went to Fleet Feet early on a weekday afternoon and met Zach, who helped me for nearly an hour. My actual foot measurements were taken (um, last time that happened I think I was about 10), we discussed my PF and any other running issues I had, the length of my runs, the frequency, etc. Zach suggested several different shoes, outlined the pros and cons of each, helped me try them all on and jog with them in front of the store while he watched with an eagle eye to see how they fit and impacted my stride. I have long thought that customer service was a thing of the past, but I am pleased to report that not only is it clear that Fleet Feet believe in customer service, it is clear that they believe in superlative customer service. I have already told family and friends about my great experience, and I will certainly return when I wear out my shoes or need any accessories. Thanks Fleet Feet for an awesome experience!

Love Fleet Feet! The owner and staff are very knowledgeable in their industry. The store is neat and clean, they carry some really cool products other than shoes specific to running and walking. Purchasing shoes from Fleet Feet is an experience. You receive one on one individual attention. They listen and care about making sure you leave their store with what you need. I loved that the salesman spent so much time with me. Even though I came 1/2 hour before closing he stayed late and I never felt rushed. The best part is my sneakers and inserts are super comfortable and my feet finally dont hurt when I walk!
