Their prices and sales are fine however make sure you like everything as returning items can become a very confusing task for the incompetent management. I went back to return an item and after a very long time with them trying to figure out their system they eventually put half my return amount on a giftcard and half they had refunded to my card. This was most likely a mistake, however the worst part is they FORGOT to give me the giftcard. Im realizing this all hours later as Im checking my bank account and seeing on the receipt that half went onto "giftcard XXXX392" which is who knows where. Cant wait to drive all the way back out there and attempt to get my money back. Absolute morons.

I came to exchange my short had the wrong size. The cashier his name is Chase give me very hard time. I recommend if you are a person of color avoid cashier Chase. He looked with another lady in system and said that they dont have the size I want and smiled to each other, I knew Trump was effecting them. I had to go and look for it myself and found the size that they said not available.

Customer service sucks.I always buy Nike Air Max due to my health issues. Last timeOne shoe got flat with in six months of use.I took it back to the Nike the manger get veryRude and said theres some thing wrong with my foot.Im very disappointed with the Nike.

The staff were friendly and competent. They answered all my questions before my purchase. This business is A++. I travel 45 minutes out of the way to give my business to this store - competitive pricing, knowledgeable associates, and well staffed.

Very busy, staff was helpful, pretty clean/organized, however some shoes where out of place and flipped around, making it slightly harder to find the right size. This, however, is to be expected for most shoe stores.

Always go in hoping to find a nice pair of clearance shoes in the back and usually disappointed. Too many people pick through them. Gets very busy and too crowded in the back as well. Today it reeked of b.o.

Usually frustrating to be here... shop elsewhere. Online shopping is an option, and it wont make a difference once the product is delivered since quality control can be improved by Nike itself.
