The most helpful Sprint store I have ever visited since I signed on with Sprint!! I just recently switched to Sprint after being with AT&T for 15 plus years. I have to say, I totally regret the switch but the Store Manager at this store Tanner Burford has really gone the extra mile to help me enjoy my new on board with Sprint. I walked into this store after hours upon hours with Customer Service via phone and all the stress with the Samsung Note 7 recall and was totally ready to leave Sprint. I purchased 2 lines and was also shipped the incorrect phone I originally ordered. NO Sprint stores would deal with me PERIOD because I ordered online VS purchasing in their store... I have been through it all with Sprint. The store manager of this particular store went above and beyond to handle and correct most of my issues and get me on the "happy" track with Sprint. I highly recommend this store and the sales manager is super incredible. I will never do business with Sprint outside of this store even if it means a longer drive considering I live right beside a Sprint store that never once tried to help me from day one. Great people and I highly recommend dealing with Tanner!!

Not sure i this is were i complain about a store in your mall but here goes. Today Friday Nov.27, i went into the store in your mall that sell all sports stuff they are only open during the holiday i dont know the name, Any way i went in looking for something that i was told they would have near the holidays. When i ask the associate about it he turned to a older man and ask him and he rudely told me that they didnt carry that and he would know because he did the ordering. I told him that one of his associates told me this he said the 3 men standing with him were the only ones that work there and he knew they wouldnt have told me that. It is not the fact that they didnt have the item it was the fact the he was just soo rude and had a smart mouth and he even laugh at me when i tried to tell him that one of those men told me they would have that item. I hope you all think about who your rent the stores to during the holiday. I was planning to but something but not now Did not make my day shopping in your mall with rude store owners.

This was one of the most UNCOMFORTABLE PLACES TO GO TO!!!! Im never one to talk about these things but I have to. When we walked through the doors people looked at us as if we had 3 heads. Can you imagine walking into a mall and people stop and just stare at you and your family? That happened just as we entered the mall. We went to ULTA and a lady asked if we had money to shop there? At first I thought she was joking. But there was no laugh or grin to lessen the heaviness of her question. My daughter replied yes we have money. And the lady came back with well do you have enough money to shop here. At that point enough was enough. I told the lady that she really needed to fix the way she interacted with customers. As we were leaving we were followed rather closely by a security guard. So with all of that being said. I will never visit this mall again.

Too small to really be a great mall but has a nice variety of stores that most large malls dont offer like Express and soon H&M ( which most malls are begging for). Other than that you could blink and miss the mall. Getting in and out of the mall is difficult and a pain. The Peking lot was very small and the mall offers very little in terms of entrances to park at. I was surprised by the lack of staple mall stores, but more surprised that how busy and full the mall was. Its obvious the size isnt hurting this mall but having to drive to each individual shopping plaza to get to other stores found inside bigger malls is a pain and hassle considering the pain it was to get out of the parking lot.

I dont mind going here because its peaceful and never too busy. It desperately needs a food court and I mean desperately. Chinese and pretzels are fine but you need better choices. Stores are OK, but nothing that makes me want to go to the mall. I go about once every 3 months and thats plenty. The mall is clean. Ulta was a good start to getting in new stores!

Keeps going further and further downhill. I thought it was a huge hit when Ruby Tuesday left. That restaurant always brought a sense of busyness to what is now a pretty dead place. No arcade now either, no theater, so I think the best idea might be to go ahead and convert it into a library. Its definitely quiet enough already.

H & M Fitting room closed before the store even closed. We were told we could not try on a pair of pants even tho someone else was in the dressing room. Clothes are poor quality! Had to wait on someone to come to check us out. No clue where they were! Customer service was horrible..... will not be going back!

Overall decent mall, with a fair variety of stores. However, I feel that some the mall would do much better with a bigger variety of some of the popular stores of bigger cities. The food court is almost non-existent and there are always stores moving within the mall causing confusion among local shoppers.

This area is not use to successful black Americans however is a great and safe place to visit. Many people here have negative preconceived perceptions on black Americans. One guy even said are you from Maryland because all yall black come up from theyre that are professional.

This mall is awesome! It is the perfect hangout for teens that love shopping and it gets kids out of the house. Could use a few more food places, but overall I enjoy everytime that I go. It is family friendly but not many baby/toddler things are here, but perfect for a teen!

The mall is small,nice and quiet. But every time I come here I feel like Im not at a mall. Almost all of all the lots are vacant and I have witnessed numerous occasions of rude owners/managers.If this were 2008 or around their I would have rated this mall 4 or 5 stars.

Terrible place. The store variety is horrible. Hardly any baby/childrens store. The hours are horrible! They 5:30 on Sunday! Whats up with that?! For a lot of of family people, the only time they have to shop is Sunday evening. This mall is very family friendly, not!

A decent mall - moderately small and aimed toward the middle class. I removed one star because in-house dining options are somewhat limited. There were two sit-down restaurants, two quick bite restaurants, and a cafe in the bookstore. A good place for families.

Not as big as a NJ mall like Paramus Park, but it has a lot of stores, too many Mexicans and Arabs in there, made my fiance feel like she was going to get robbed or bombed.. or worse.. Guess thats what we get for going to a college / political refugee town.
