Ive gone to this store for a couple of Stihl products as well as miscellaneous hardware. Always helpful. They went above and beyond to help me figure out if my blower could convert to a vacuum by calling an expert and them getting the parts they had and reserving the one they didnt at another store not far away. I was able to vacuum leaves same day thanks to their efforts and research.

Cameron and the rest of the staff at Ace Hardware at this specific location are all wonderful to work with. Theyre all extremely helpful and knowledgable. I actually drive a little further to visit this store then two other "big box" hardware stores who dont offer the same customer service.

I called to ask a question and the person that answered the phone was very rude. He didnt bother to find out what I was asking about and then he said I dont know what you are talking about and then hung up on me!!!
