The workers were very helpful but the process was horrid, I had my floors measured,paid my 35 dollars but they treated the measurement information like it was top secret (must pick a product - like the measurements are going change depending on the brand of wood-annoying) , scared I was going to take the measurement elsewhere I guess. So I picked a product. Then I asked for multiple quotes to have options as to what I could afford to have completed..the staff helped to make that request happen but the process should not be so stressful in ..dealing with a remote person on the phone, that person had to be called back because they didnt send the quotes...it was long process and it ate up over two hour easily. Lastly they could not quote my steps within 72 hours (its Friday and they would like me to wait untim Monday or Tuesday). Its not the staffs fault that home depot set up with this annoying process. The staff is the only reason they get a 3 and not a neg 100. Great staff- horrible process improvement and process managment. They need onsite end to end professionals.: Addition weeks later -- they didnt even honor the floor measurement said Ihad to send in pictures etc because the person that measures my floors didnt provide enough information. This place needs new managment. I changed mu review from a 3 to a 1, I got ripped off and didnt get the information required to get my floors done. Very pissed.

very bad customer service, people is not willing to help; we needed a grill and went there because it was available in that store to pick up; despite that the grill had a BIG sign that say FREE Assembly the guy on the grill station told us that we can do it ourselves and i said well it say that you guys will do it for free and he say well the guy who do this is not here until Tuesday, basically they were trying to us not to buy the grill so they dont have to assembly finally we told him that we will pick up after Tuesday. We went to pay and the cashier was even worse Cloreen is her name and she made us wait at least 5 minutes not talking to us and then ask us how can she help with discourteous tone.

We need a new washer and dryer. Saw the big sale this weekend and decided to go in. It took us 20 minutes to find what we wanted. Two and a half hours later, I had to become a raging lunatic to speed the process along. It should never be this difficult to purchase any item. Ive been in and out of a dealership with a new car faster than this. This process was absolutely ridiculous. Had I known, I would have just ordered online and saved myself 2 hours and 25 min.

What can I say, its a Home Depot. The lot is very small and it can get congested Thursday-Saturday because of the Amish Market. However, it is generally well stocked and the workers are pretty helpful. Again I stress, if you go Thursday-Saturday be prepared to have to work a bit to find a parking space.

This store has by far the worst customer service ever. I called them for Burnzomatic Oxygen tank for blowtorches and I was asking for specific specs of the hardware. The guy pretty much said he has no idea and was too lazy to go check the specs out. What kind of degenerate garbage are they hiring?

Every time I go to this store Im reminded about how much better their service is. Not only do they have cheaper prices than Lowes, all the staff Ive talked to were more helpful and knowledgeable. The only bad thing is that sometimes Lowes seems to have more variety in products.

I called about a special order sink that was supposed to be in weeks ago. The lady pick up an was from the wrong department an says if I leave my name an number ill get a call back before they leave I waited 2 1/2 hours an nothing ......thanks for LYING!!

Excellent store layout and busy in Spring and Summer. Hey!! I Love Bell Nurserys displays, it makes THD to look like a true jungle. All the nice fresh bulbs, bushes, flowers especially indoors and in the corral and parking lot.

This is has been my "go to" Home Depot for over 6 years. There is a Home Depot a little closer to where I live, but the high-quality service and ample stock at this location is unmatched. Definitely a 5-Star establishment.

My Visa card suppler cut off Home Depot because of widespread card fraud. Take an alternate card and keep an eye on the account. Other than that, I got what I needed without waiting for delivery.
