Bought a Poulan chainsaw less than a year ago. It quit working and neither the manufacturer or the extended warranty would cover it BUT Home Depot did. They replaced it with a new one and also covered my cost to find out its not covered. THANK YOU! I did find out through this process that the local service center you must go through for warranty said that saws should be brought to them for proper tuning prior to being used. The tech said the saws are not properly set up out of the box and can easily burn up due to a lean mix. Took my new saw and another older one to them and should be good to go now.

Stopped here to buy patio bistro furniture. Top notch service from Brandon at Customer Service in the way he handled the check out, setting up the rental of a truck to take our purchase home. $20.00 for 75 minutes...Truck clean and appears well maintained. Brandon called someone from garden to get furniture from shelves in store,put them on a flatbed cart and another Home Depot employee loaded truck,tied table and chairs down...Very pleased with EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service...Everyone worked together.

Dont get the complimentary coffee, its old and gold. The person who did the paper work for us is unprofessional. Filing her nails and trimming while doing our credit check. Also, fyi you wont know how much they will finance once the hard hit credit check is done. You might not even get the project fund you are looking to get out of and getting the credit hit...for us, it took 60+ points on my fico credit score down. Overall the place got everything you need, that just my onetime bad experience.

Flooring guy tells me Simpleset is ok for 12"x12" porcelain tiles, and also says a tile cutter is way slower than a tile saw. I should have done my own research, because after the job was done, I found that Simpleset is NOT thinset and it is NOT recommended for 12x12 tiles. The tile snapper was just as fast or even faster than a saw. Do your own research, and dont bother asking the employees for any help here.

I have officially given up on Home Depot after my experience with a rude and disrespectful employee today in the flooring department. I never remember names but I remember her name and will use it when I contact the store manager.

Plenty of parking, easy to get into and out of the lot. Some employees are friendly and helpful, while others....not so much. Great product selection. Order online, pick up in store service could use some work.
