Recently lost my vehicle in a crash. I told them what I was looking for and they took me to exactly what I needed and were honest with which vehicle would serve me best. Their prices were fair and made sure I was happy with it. Very helpful and considerate (other dealers in fredericksburg were not so attentive during my search for a vehicle). Definitely recommend them over any other dealership I have had experience with in Fredericksburg!

seemed to be a nice honest company until I paid $300.00 for what was supposed to be the best warranty they could offer and then I got a letter in the mail saying they had defaulted on the payment of my warranty so It was void. Now Im out $300.00 and warrantee less and would appear best value auto sales could care less because theyve made no effort to return my money and Im lucky if I can get them on the phone once a week.

However, we contacted Mehdi at Best Value who was kind and courteous and had the vehicle immediately repaired at no cost to us. The car passed inspection and is off to a new life. I recently purchased a 2005 Mitsubishi Evolution from this dealership. The salesperson was very straightforward and honest about every detail of the cars history as well as any small defects.
