Worst customer service ever!! I have been dealing with Halal Co for about 3 years now and every single time I am left extremely disappointed. Halal Co is the only choice I have to order the Islamic package for an inmate and Halal Co treats their customers like we owe THEM something. I mail in order forms with credit card information and all they have to do is process the order and send it out. Every time I am met with at least a month delay in them processing the order. This wouldnt be that big of a deal if the workers and owners who answer the phone are completely RUDE. I call and politely let them know I am calling about an inmate order package I placed and literally get YELLED at by the workers every time. I called this morning and told the lady I am calling to get the status of the order, she got my information to look it up and then put me on hold, (oh let me remember to mention she didnt even mention she was going to put me on hold) I was waiting on hold for OVER 20 MINUTES before I hung up and called back. I called back and a man picks up and I tell him "hi Im just calling back about an order I placed for an inmate, I was put on hold by a lady for 20 minutes but she never came back so I called back" he then proceeds to YELL back at me "Maam please mam stop, she will call you. please stop, WAIT" ummm did that just happen? yea. before I even got to answer that I was waiting he HUNG UP ON ME. this horrible experience isnt the first and only time this has happened. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order through Halal Co I end up getting yelled at by the owners and workers who have NO MANNERS. HALAL CO, YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS IN ANY WAY YOU LIKE. I will try as hard as I can to get another store certified to send these Islamic packages to inmates so Halal Co doesnt get any business from me or any other families.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! They are very rude and unprofessional. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years in this store and their customer service has gotten worse every time I go there. It is a very dirty and unorganized place also. I went there to exchange my daughters brand new and unused book tonight, the manager treated me horribly and challenged my integrity. He refused to allow me to exchange my products even with a receipt and a valid reason and stated that "we dont do that here." What type of professional establishment doesnt accommodate their customers with exchanges?!! Absolutely disgusting customer regard. How is this place open? This country requires a certain law of ethics and the way they run their store is unlawful and uneducated. They need to catch up to speed on American standards of business. The result is that I wont go back and he lost not only one customer but I will share my experience with everyone of my friends and family. I also have noticed that their prices are higher than any other halal place so it wont be very hard not to go back. Dont allow yourself to be subject to this disrespect!

So today I went to Halal Co. to buy some islamic clothing and MY GOD! I had a wonderful experience! Even though its ramadan - everyone was so nice and wonderful - I found Abayas that were originally for 72 dollars, so I got my hands on one of the Pakistani workers and he reduced the price to 40 dollars! HOW AMAZING!?? and my sister found one for $85 - the Pakistani worker reduced it to 50 dollars! My god, we were so happy with their service that we ended up spending $250 on prayer rugs, books, hats, etc... ! and here is a message to the emotional loser below my review - FIRST OF ALL get a life - I couldnt stop laughing at your stupid review - I just visited this store and couldnt find a SINGLE Anwars lecture. You have serious problems if you think that this store supports RADICAL ISLAM! what the hell.. if ignorant lunatics like you are in the american army then surely something is wrong with this government. I WILL GO AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN to this store and spend money in it. You think you can emotionally black mail us by saying things like that? HA! what a joke!

worst customer service. Manager is not only rude along with he dont want to admit the down standard of store. Picked up pickle with mold when took back to the store the manager wouldnt admit lack of store management. I ended up taking him to shelf where I picked up the product. Surprisingly shelf had stack of same product with mold floating in the bottle.Refund was issued. Couple of weeks later picked up green olive. When started eating had a soggy taste. Couple of days later noticed white mold floating in the bottle. When I took the product back to store manager neither he wanted to exchange the product also no refund. His excuse I was mishandling the product. Wow when I buy same product from any other grocery store no problem but when I buy it from HALALCO it is mishandling. Dont be fooled by the sweet talks when you are customer with no complaints. They like clients who dont complaint just spend money but if try to inform them of any issue you will be directed out of the door.

Wow, just watched 2 female customers be razed for ordering at the butcher counter. One woman asked for a special cut of meat for her husbands restaurant and the butcher didnt want to do it. He brought back a terrible presentation and she simply refused to take it and walked out. The other woman patiently waited her turn and allowed others to order in front of her. It sounded like all she wanted was some bones removed from some chicken breasts. The butchers were very condescending (nicest way I could put it) to her and told her they would charge double. Im from Oklahoma and to cut a bone from the chicken breast is not that big of a deal. We also treat our customers a whole lot better than what Ive seen in here. They do have a wide selection of spices and diaries. I just wouldnt recommend doing business with jerks.

This store is a small scale grocery to be sure, but if you take the time to look, youll be pleasanty surprised. They have a good selection of ethnic foods, like lamb and goats meat, both very delicious if you cook them right. Apart from odd selections they have all the essentials for a mother to keep a home. They do need to work on their presentation however as I find myself thinking how old the grocery looks and how run down everything is, every time I come here.The service is not as bad as some people are making it seem on this page, just to be clear, I have not yet had any bad experience with their customer service. Halalco does the job and you will be able to fill your fridge and home no problem, its not just not the prettiest of newest grocery out there.

I have had the worse experience here yesterday, I have known this store for over a year, and it has been my daily market ever since, yesterday I went there with my friend asking if they sell this kind of meat that I saw it before, the butcher guy was the rudest I ever seen , he was yelling while he was answering, he was like look at us do you have any of us have that meat on him? If the place that I spend my money in is treating customer like that, why should I go there again !
