I was in here early in the morning and had to use the bathroom. There is only one bathromm for both men and women customers. Employees have a separate bathroom but use the customer bathroom anyway. I kept shopping, checking every few minutes, but it was still locked. I was ready to check out and checked one more time. An elderly woman with a cane walked up; she had been waiting longer that me. She had paid for her groceries, taken them to her car, and come back in one last time to try to use the bathroom. I went to customer service and complained. The response is always the same with Whole Foods; they never do anything wrong Its soooooo complicated to add a bathroom. Its so complicated to label the foods in our salad and hot food bars to tell you if they contain GMOs. You name it, they have an excuse. In all the years Ive shopped there, this has been an ongoing problem, but they have gotten a lot of the communitys money. The poor woman never got to use the stores bathroom, and walked to her handicapped parking space and left. Whole Foods can bully the public and get away with it. But its sad that the sick or elderly cant shop with comfort in this "health food" store. I wonder how John Mackey would feel if he had to wait to urinate when hes at work?

These guys used to have great pizza, but the last FOUR times weve been, they have really messed it up. Toppings were wrong, toppings were missing, they used whole wheat for the crust instead of normal and then told me I should ask for "normal". These guys have an excellent crust, but weve been going to the Whole Foods in Fair Oaks recently, whos pizza are better that the "NY" Pizzerias in the area. Their ingredients are fresh, but even after talking to the assistant manager, the response here at Old Keene Mill was lukewarm at best. I hope they fix this.

I ran in to WF for some last minute dinner party supplies and since I hadnt tried the gelato I was buying before, the cashier said "then please try it with our compliments." He put a sticker on it that showed this is an institutional practice for them and took it off my bill. What great customer service!

If you want top quality food including great fresh and produce, tons of organic foods and fresh meat and fish, youll definitely be happy at whole Foods Market. The only downside is that the prices are high. Its not our "everyday" grocery store but if youre in the mood to splurge - its a fun place to go.

Have two vegetarians in my family and this is the best place to find a good variety of alternate protein choices. The produce is very nice and great selection of baked goods. Prices on the high side.
