Very poor stock, did not even know what a pressure canner was or the weights to go on them, Elkton is situated in the middle of farm country where people have gardens and farms and do home canning all the time, even Wal-Mart knows what a pressure canner is. These people were clueless when I asked for a Mirro Pressure canner weight and gasket. I have been to city ACE Hardware stores and gotten them where people generally do no canning and they had them in stock. If you really need something save yourself a lot of time and headache go to Harrisonburg, Rocking R/Ace Hardware, this time I hate to admit it even Lowes and Home Depot have canning supplies. As a general rule they will tell you we can order anything you want, well in that amount of time I can drive to Harrisonburg and pick it up that day. Very Sad excuse for an ACE Hardware.

Like a small Lowes also its a hardware store not a tractor supply. Prices very place to place if you cant afford a dollar more drive to Harrisonburg because gas is free.
