I had the most traumatizing experience at a local Starbucks yesterday and I debated sharing this but Im going to because it was very upsetting. I cant get over how angry I am. We always go to the Starbucks in Chantilly, Va after mass on Sundays. We spend a lot of money there, EVERY week. My nephew vomited in the store, poor guy, but it was on the way out the door because his mom grabbed he and ran at the first sign. He puked on the floor, we jumped up and I stood there so no one stepped in it and my dad went to let the staff know. The girl who claimed she was the shift supervisor, Crystal, was incredibly obnoxious about this incident. She said we HAD to clean it up as she didnt want her employees to get sick. My dad said no he didnt believe this to be true, and we had nothing to clean it with. So I started cleaning it up using piles of napkins. My dad asked for a mop and received a very snippy reply that they were getting it when everyone working in the store was standing right in front of him. They wouldnt even mop the floor after I cleaned everything up. My dad asked for a managers name etc. and Crystal refused to give one. She would not be cooperative at all. At this point after we had mopped and cleaned she kicked us out! Then proceeded to tell us never to come back. She didnt thank us for cleaning the floor or apologize or give us any information on the manager. I lost it. Ive never ever done that before. Never. She then told us that if we didnt leave she would called the police on us! I cant get over it. She was awful to us after we did what she requested. I cleaned a Starbucks floor instead of walking away like I probably should have. So I will never go to that Starbucks again. What happened was completely unacceptable.

A customer, Ashley Yuckenburg, recently made a post about 5 months ago, giving this location a 1 star review... because she was asked to clean up her own child/nephews vomit while in store. I think its hilarious that this "entitled" customer assumes that the employees of Starbucks are in charge of cleaning up her own family members bile and bodily fluids. In fact, it is not required or expected of the staff to clean vomit of any human being. The family/adult-in-charge of that child should be the one to clean the mess, as they are responsible for the kid. To ask an employee of ANY food service facility to clean after a sick person is putting other people at risk for illness. What they might not realize is that employee has to continue to work, after cleaning up that mess. Maybe Ashley Yuckenburg should get off her high horse, and clean the mess herself. Also, to talk about how much money she spends at Starbucks is irrelevant... its a choice SHE makes each day, to spend her money there. She obviously was happy with the service before she was asked to do her family duty, and help take care of a sick child. Horrible excuse for a review, the audacity to give the great employees of this store 1 star... Ive always gotten great service. Fast, efficient and friendly!

At this location you can never expect what kind of drink you will get, sometimes it is perfect, most of the time it is not; as someone would screw up something! I now know that I need to keep an eye on the barista and make sure they are making my drink the way I want it to be, and keep reminding them, extra hot, half and half, ...etc. They even screw up a drink that is 5 shots of espresso with one scoop of foam, no matter how simple it is there is always something! I went there today and I got 6 drinks for myself and friends, only 2 people were satisfied with their drinks, the rest were not. 2 out of 6 is a pretty low success rate to make a drink. Again it is due to the fact that the baristas are not trained well, and i guess when you order more than one drink at a time they just lose it and can no longer track what you want!!

Like any starbucks chain store there is a rotating staff. Fairly often Ill see the same folks and get ok greetings as I order. The staff occasionally dont enforce the wait line which for Chantilly apparently needs to be identified repeatedly. Drinks are usually prepared within 2-10 minutes depending on the wait, which is fine by me as Im always up for a quick break from driving the daily grind. The other shift tends to remember whom I am and my usual order. The decor is lacking partially as the tables and chairs are usually dominated by laptop users, but again its Chantilly. Glad to see however recliners still within this store. 3 stars as consistency varies daily, and Ive had to get orders fixed occasionally.

The staff deserve more stars! Honestly one of the best if not the best Starbucks around. Ive been to A LOT and have never received the attention to detail of not only your order but your general mood. Your greeted by a person with a human personality and not a robot "Welcome to Starbucks can I take your order"! Nope not there, 100% of the time a its a good hearted person with feelings who wants nothing more than to brighten the start of your day. That means a lot to me and motivates me to give the same service to my customers. Thank you for making my everyday better. Keep the Venti, Iced, Non-Fat, Vanilla Lattes coming!

Friendly staff and always correct with the orders. However, due to its location, it is incredibly busy during the morning rush between 730am and 9am due to a dozen or more office complexes in the area. I have often had to wait 15-20 minutes for my drink. They do participate in the online ordering mobile app so Id recommend doing so if this is your closest Starbucks.

Poor service. Ordered Tall pike. The attendant said they were out of Pike get Blonde. Agreed for Blonde. They served the half cup empty. I asked why it is not full, why they left half cup empty. The guy said they are our of Blonde. I just asked the guy trash the cup and left the place. They did not offer any apology. Service really sucks at this location.

Just because I am not a typical white girl I got treated differently then the white people behind me. My cashier was this guy who froze up instead of helping me with my order when I asked for it and I could sense nothing but relief when I stepped to the side after he failed to help me.

One of my favorite locations for Starbucks coffee but dont come to work long on a computer unless you time it right and get access to one of the few electrical outlets! For whatever reason, when they completed their remodel, they did not add outlets for our devices. Very odd.

Ive been coming to this Starbucks for close to 7 years. The staff here is absolutely top notch. This is an extremely busy location, they work their butts off but they are always friendly. Mobile ordering is a must for this location.

I wont say much. I ordered Iced English Breakfast Tea Latte. Ha! It is just milk, a tea bag(didnt dissolve at all) plus ice. Such a stupid barista! The lady who has short blonde hair and is only nice to white guys?
