Awful. If my insurance didnt require CVS, Id have stuck with Walgreens. The design of the building itself is poor--its always a cluster. But that cant really be changed... I called in two refills, and picked them up an hour after the promise time--they didnt even have a record of the refill. Then I had my doctor call one in directly, and again, they didnt have a record of it. One of my prescriptions was on backorder, and they said that they would call my doctor and find an alternate med. I was promised they would call me when they had a solution. Three days later, nothing. I just called and was told, "oh, yeah. The replacement is ready for you to pick up..." At this point, I just sigh. Its beyond ridiculous how incompetent they are. Granted, theyre always nice to me when Im there...

I understand how they have stressed from different people. I went to there for my fathers medication. I saw guy name ED who already stressed out looking from previous customer. I dont know name of medicine but guy name ED who treat us really bad. How he act really make me feel upset. Ed teat me really bad with disrespected attitude because I dont know my fathers medicine name and my father dont know English. He printed out name of medication list from my fathers file and make us to choose.....all I want to check up for any refills. This make none sense! I dont know name of medicine how can i find something related to which one is which one... If I know all of medicine name and where they use for then I should change my career to pharmacist!

Horrible service in drive tru pharmacy I waited for 10 min for help after I waited they told me my prescription was not ready and advised me to drive around because they had 1 costumer behind me waiting as well, I told her I have a new born baby (3wks old )at home waiting for me and she did not seeing to care that she threat me that they had call police officer before because people did not want to drive around. How professional can that be and upseating is when they threat me and on top of that did not get my prescription fill. HORRIBLE COUSTUMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I guess for being Latino you can get threated like that no fear. Im a US citizen and I do not need this type of treatment from anyone.

Total Incompetence. Lazy, slow and lying employees. Do not trust calling ahead to check if your prescription is ready. Multiple times Ive shown up only to be told to wait 15+ minutes for it to be filled. Favorite experience is when the desk clerk told me it was impossible that someone on the staff called me concerning my prescription being ready. I then played the voice mail on speaker phone. Just looked at me with like they were caught with their hand in the cookie jar. Would go somewhere else what but forced to deal with these people because no other local pharmacies deal with Tricare. -active military member.

TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!!! They made me to wait for more than an hour with my little one, just to tell me that they were out of stock of my prescription medication??? I had approached them during that wait time a few times though just to check if its ready, and every time they said - it would be ready in 10 minutes. If they were out of stock, what was going to be ready in 10 minutes?? And then they billed the insurance for the medication I was never told to pick up, as a result I couldnt get it with a new prescription from different pharmacies. I will never ever go there again and spend a penny in that store.

Called in on Friday to see if they had the name brand of my prescption in stock and was advised they do. Stopped by after work to drop off the prescription and was advised that they had to get my doctors pre-approval to fill the prescription and faxed the request without asking if I would like this option. Called them on Monday to see if they received my doctors approval and was advised that they dont have the prescription in stock because they dont keep the name brand on hand and wont have it until tomorrow or Wednesday. Update...my doctor advised she never recieved the request from them.

So, so ,so bad. I went to pick up my moms prescribition waited in the drive thru, said it be 15 minutes so I told them I was coming in to wait. Got to the pharmacy inside gave them all the information again, waited as people started getting called one by one I was waiting for 30 minutes when I heard a lady in the pharmacy go " I have 22% left on my phone, will that last me the rear of the hour?". So mad I got up and demanded to know why I was waitingingredients this long and no lie, the lady goes "Oh thats why youre waiting.". Ive refused to ever go back here, this was just disrespect.

Horrible service. Always have to wait forever for a perception to be filled, and if you drop it off or get it called in it wont be ready for a couple of hours, thats if they get it at all. I have had trouble with them loosing my prescription, even after they call to inform that it is ready, giving me the wrong prescription, and continuing to call about refilling prescriptions I have informed them I am no longer on. Cool that it is open 24 hours right? Wrong. At nights there is usually only 1 person working there and again it takes forever to get waited on.

Made the mistake of allowing our doctor to send a prescription directly to our CVS (confirmed it was the one on Pickwick). Went to go pick it up the next day and they had no idea about it. Stopped in again a few days later and they said it was sent to the Greenbriar one in Chantilly. They asked if I wanted it transferred to Centreville and I said yes - they said it should be ready in a few hours. Stopped by again the next day and it was the same story - still hadnt been transferred from Greenbriar. Finally just drove to Chantilly to pick it up.

Stood in line trying to get a copy of a picture. The scanner tool they had for customers to use had merchandise items placed on top. I asked the lady whether I could use it and she told me it wasnt working. I asked if she could do it behind the counter for which she replied she would try. After attempting she said hold on she thought it wasnt working because of an order printing out. 7 minutes later ( after she is done ringing people up And bringing the line down) she comes back to try it again to no avail. 15 minutes waisted....

Thought I was actually "moving up" when transferring my prescription from Walmart to CVS. Walmart loves to sneak in the generic without telling you, and CVS has what I need which is why I transferred. Ah, I was assured that this would be an easy transition, and they were more convenient. Its day 3 and no one ever called me for my status. I followed up to discover that my prescription has been waiting on me. The lines are terribly long, limited staff. Makes me miss the family owned pharmacy which is where I may be heading!
