I have had so many problems with this pharmacy just not filling a prescription. I will call and submit for refill and I never hear back from them. So I finally have to call them to find out if its filled and then they will tell me "we cant fill it because of XX" which is something they should have told me or called me back about when I tried to get the refill in the first place. Today I either have to pay cash for 1 month of birth control or wait for them to fax my doctor to get a refill for 90 days because thats all my insurance will cover (they wont cover 1 month). Had the pharmacist told me this WHEN I CALLED FOR THE REFILL which was last week, I would have had time to have them get the refill information from my doctor but instead I will have to pay out of pocket because I need the pills in 2 days. You cant just stop taking birth control and pick it up a week later. What the hell is wrong with these people? JUST CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW and I will take care of it. Instead they didnt call me at all. I had to call them to find out if the prescription was ready and thats when they told me they need information from my doctor. WHAT THE HELL??

Ive been to this CVS Pharmacy numerous times and its hands down the worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. Its sometimes closed an hour or half an hour before it should be and theres often only one employee who is incredibly slow and unhelpful. Ive been once or twice when there are multiple workers and they sit and chat instead of helping people in line. I continue to keep trying to use the pharmacy as its very conveniently located but at my last visit I was handed someone elses prescription and almost paid for it before I noticed the mistake. The name was completely different from mine and the medicines were nothing alike. Frankly, Im not sure its safe to rely on these people.

at the pharmacy writing this review. Per the usual at this location, there are 4 people behind the counter, but only 1 is helping customers, despite a significant line at 7 pm on a rainy Monday. This is the same scenario I always face when visiting this store. Update: So I finally return to pick up my rx, and o show up and one of the two people working the pharmacy is complain to their boss about staying late rather than helping the line of customers. The other guy working cant be kept from tapping his keyboard. This place is unbelievable!!!!

I agree with Mk. He is not exaggerating. I have been to this location several times to pick up Rxs. I have never received prompt service. The Rx pick-up line is dauntingly long, often backing half-way down a merchandise aisle. The workers work with near laughable inefficiency. Ive frequented several CVSs over the years and this is by far the worst run pharmacy dept I have encountered.

This place still didnt improve. you can except to wait 15 minutes in queue, most pharmacists are novice will take long time even for Rx drop off. They will not service after close time even if you are already on line. Better to lookout for other pharmacies nearby.

Pharmacy from hell. After a long wait the lady couldnt spell my name right so I had to write it in paper for her. Then she still could not find me. I love CVS and this is the worst customer service I have ever received. It needs to be closed.

2/15/17, ask your manager why he lost money this morning. You lost $40 this morning and I drove over to Harris Teeter and gave them my money. In fact Ill make a point to not spend my money with CVS.

A usually quiet place with not many people. It has what you would expect to get from CVS. If you dont want to make a trip be sure to go to their online store first.
