If you need the pharmacy to contact the doctor requesting a refill, you might as well forget about it. Rather than letting you know that they cannot reach the doctor, which they never seem to be able to do, they fill out the wrong presciption. This is despite entering the right prescription number into their automated phone system and requesting that they contact the doctor. When you call them, they tell you that the prescription was filled and even tell you that the right drug was filled only to find out that it is the wrong when you pick up the medication. If this were to happen once, I can understand. This has happened to me on 3 separate occasions. It is not an anomaly but a sign of serious incompetence or carelessness. I have been using a different pharmacy before for many years but never encountered the same problems. Only reason I switched was for insurance reasons. Bottom line is that I am willing to pay a little more in exchange for more competent service.

I went in to get a few things today (9/11/13). Sharon greeted me within one minute of entering the store. She was happily talking with employees and customers. She asked me if I was part of the Beauty Program at CVS. I told her I did not think so. She explained the benefits, enrolled me, and earned me a 10% off coupon. She also showed me how to use the coupon center so that I can print out any of my current rewards coupons (because who ever remembers to bring in an old receipt with new coupons printed at the bottom). She was excellent!!! It was so refreshing to experience such GREAT customer service. I think everyone who came in and left the store had a smile on their face due to her demeanor and pleasant interactions. Please keep up the wonderful work Sharon! I wish more companies in todays market could return to the value of a truly positive shopping experience. I cannot wait to return again! Kudos Sharon and CVS!

Never ever go here. The only two times Ive ever needed a prescription filled, it was one malfunction after another. First they say it will be ready in 30 minutes. An hour later, someone goes to pick it up and they dont even have a record of it. They eventually find the order, and say it will be ready in another hour. 2 hours later another friend goes back only to find they forgot again and didnt do anything. The prescriptions supposed to be ready at 1:30 didnt get filled until 6. The time before that was a similar experience. Adding insult to injury, the place is mildly ghetto. Ill be taking my business to Rite Aide.

Claimed they couldnt fill my prescription waited 4 days and they couldnt even call me to tell me so unprofessional first they stated they would order it for me and it should be there the next day I called the next day another lady said she would order it and it would come the next day then a man tells me they cant order my prescription wtf then he tells me to take a combination of things over the counter like NO MY DOCTOR PRESCRIBED ME THIS FOR A REASON! Claiming they couldnt order it Bc its blocked off so why not tell me 3-4 days ago wont be coming to this pharmacy ever again

A great pharmacy. My prescriptions are always on-time. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Try to pick up your prescriptions during "slow periods maybe after 7:00 p.m or the morning. Ask the clerk. Still if the line is long dont freak. It moves very quickly. Lastly their moving to newly built store, up the street. (next door to the famous Royal Bakery). but eventually , I think, CVS will continue to offer exceptional service. BTW - the employees here are so friendly and helpful too.

This CVS has been around forever. Its good to average. It appears that its kinda understaffed--or else they should just hire one person to JUST take care of the shelves and products cuz the staff get interrupted constantly to work the register. Its a high traffic cvs. Ive never used the pharmacy. I use Rio Target and never want to change. Its kinda messy. But if they had more staff hopefully that wouldnt be the case. I would HATE to work at a CVS. I feel sorry for anyone who does.

Waited twice as long as promised for three prescriptions. And when I got it, they handed me two; as if I only had two filled. Some strained communication later I learned that the prescription would be filled two days later (per insurance), and that CVS would call when ready. They didnt call on the promised day. So I went in on the following day and was told they had no prescriptions for me. I talked to the pharmacist and he said it will be ready in 15 minutes. I expect it sometime next week.

This pharmacy is very unprofessional. They were arguing behind the counter and not taking care of the customers. To top it off I dropped my prescription off at 6pm and was told 15 minutes. When I came back an hour later she said she forgot and would start working on it now. Had to wait another 10 minutes. Dont recommend their pharmacy at all. I am typically a Walgreens fan but just relocated and they dont have one near me :-(

I have been resident of Germantown for more than 25 years, and all my pharmacy/store needs have been satisfied with good customer service, good quality products, and prompt and frienly customer service...overall its been a very good experience through out the years. I have no complaints, but compliments. keep up the good work CVS pharmacy!!! :).

The customer service really does suck. I came in for test strips that were stocked incorrectly and rather than honoring their mistake I was told to call customer care which was conveniently closed. The store manager Sharon even accused a phantom customer of restocking the shelf. Really?? I will be calling corporate first thing Monday morning.

This is probably the most inefficient pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs. A prescription called in by the doctor at 11:30 AM Thursday (so that I could pick it up on my way home) was still not filled at 3:15 PM on Friday, when I finally gave up.

The worst pharmacy! Please dont go there, I have been waiting for a prescription for 4 days. No call No follow up. Called and I was in hold for 25 minutes waiting to speak with a pharmacist.
