This review exclusive for their pharmacy. Every single time I come here they have such a slow customer service. I believe if they know is a busy location they need to be better staffed. There was a line of 11 people waiting just to drop off and pick up their medication. The cashier told a customer that complain about the slow service sorry im the only one here. I was like there better ways to talk to customers. The drop off station was closed so you are force to make just one line for all inquiries. The cashier keep sending all customers to make this one single line. There was elderly people that could barely stand by themselves. Also, having customers to confirm personal i formation in front of others for me is out of line. Ask for the driver license or other method of identification instead. Im very disappointed with their service just because the fact that I have to spent time in a line could it be avoided, and I could it spent a beautiful afternoon in a sunny Friday eating in a restaurant and leaving a positive yelp review instead.

This is my first time to this area where my husband and I are spending the week. Not only did I leave one important medicine at home, but I need to refill a different medicine that required a written Rx. I had the written Rx with me but it was from my regular doctor IN GEORGIA who I knew they would be unfamiliar with. Ive been a CVS customer in my small Georgia town for 10 years so naturally I went to the one here. They took the extra time to coordinate with my CVS at home and got me my meds in less than 4 hours. I knew they could do it, it would just take time and effort. My trip was saved. Best part- it was my birthday on the day this happened.

ZERO star for the cashier and should be lower level than a cashier (Marcia) or (Garcia) because she was COVERING the name tag, and refuse to show it off for us. Also we could not differentiate wither a lady or a man. She/he told me the name but never got the first letter. Awful, disrespectful, and zero customer service. We were trying to take a photo and she/he told us to get ready. When we are ready she/he told us (NO) we are only two cashiers not to serve you now !! Duh. I told her we are customers like every other people here. We wait for them they wait for us but she/he just ignore with a bad attitude.

There is a woman, Fatima, who works in the makeup section who is absolutely amazing! She is so passionate about beauty products, she listens to what I need/looking for, is so knowledgeable of skin-tone/skin-types and gives me great options. You can really tell she isnt trying to up-sell - she just wants to make sure you get what you need. I feel like I am at the makeup counter at Neimans. She is that good! Worth going to this CVS just to work with her.

Pharmacy is very slow and have gotten my prescriptions wrong multiple times in which I communicate to them what needs to be done and I end up waiting longer for my order because of their poor communication. Would be better if they focused their efforts on their customer service level.

This used to be a good location the new male pharmacist is obnoxious and sexist I hear him yelling at the other assistants and talking down to them. He is not helpful at all should not be serving customers. Acts as if hes doing you a favor when youre paying for your prescriptions.

Called the pharmacy at 1:00 today to pick up a prescription ordered online two days ago. Its 8:31pm and its still not ready. It must take a really long time to put pills in a bottle.

Extremely slow pharmacy and waited way too long to pick up a prescription. If they are this busy they need to hire more staff immidiately. Extremely inconvinent and has no urgency.
