I am really sad to experienced this in my neighboring store where I live and always shops. I have experienced really bad customer service that makes me sad. I think hes a manager, he told me that I am unable to return the gift card that I purchased, I asked him before I purchase is there any Xbox Live membership card and he said yes thats the right one and then I purchased as it, as soon as after I paid my son told me thats not the right one, so I tried to exchanged or return it but the guy called himself a manager told me that hes not going to return it,so as he told me, I have to call online for refund of my money, I told him, I did purchased it right here and I will return or exchange it in here and or will buy the right one so he said okay, and then he returned it and he told me after I get the right one he dont want me to purchase he locked up register and he said he wont allow me to purchased, I bring the new one he keep saying thats whatever out there but all of them are not working I say why its out there if its not working? so he dont sale it to me , I told him it was just working I asked him to speak to the manager and he said hes the manager. I really feel bad to have this kind of customer service experience where I live and shopped all the time,I always shopped there, I really feel bad I wish you they taking disciplinary action or good training how to handle good 5☆☆☆☆☆ customer service. I myself work with the customer at Dulles International Airport I am really try to make every customer to feel welcome all the time I think he told me that hes the manager its at Reston Virginia and hope you understand then give this guy a disciplinary action and make him to learn how to work with customer on the right way even if theyre wrong the customer is always right and he needs to learn how to handle a customer anytime when they come to his store because of the customer who come to shoppe there he is able to work and get money to his family.

Worst pharmacy Ive been to anywhere in nova. The store itself has slow service most of the time, even when not that busy. Its usually faster depending on what your buying to go to Safeway next door. For the pharmacy, for a lot of medications (even very common ones) expect to wait several days to get them. Fortunately it was never the most serious thing for me but if you are someone who takes critical medications where you cannot go without for a few days I would advise not going to this place. I seriously dont understand how they can operate this way.
