customer service is very poor not will to do the extra mile to have you fine what you are looking for people standing around talking to there friends about the weather or what ever, employees have know idea of what is in the store or where to find it i have been there lots of times and all ways the same story

Absolutely horrible customer service. Nothing else to be said. Unfortunately, the workers do not show any interest in assisting customers on multiple occasions and cannot take two minutes to check and see if they have a product in the back. My family nor I will never shop here again. Its unfortunate...

It sounded like a party was happening in the employee only section, while I stood at the customer service counter for 10 minutes after looking for someone actually working. Never did get anyone to help, so I left. Ill take my business elsewhere.

This place really is a crap hole employees are rude I was simply trying to buy a trailer that clearly needed alot of work that was clearly not worth 1000 dollars need to hire better management
