This is the best sprint store Ive ever been to. (And Ive been to a lot of sprint stores.) I live closer to other stores, but this is the only one I will go to just because the manager (I believe he is the store manager) Sam. Im happy to make the longer drive just because of this one employee. He is the best. Unlike the other stores and even the customer support for Sprint he actually listens to your problem and does everything he can to fix it. Also if you dont understand something he will break it down for you so you understand. The customer service is outstanding. Businesses need to hire more employees like this. If you have a problem this store is the one to go to.

I first came to sprint running away from the nightmare of t-Moble! A gentleman by the name of Sam helped me and let me tell you he was great! He took out the time to explain everything and worked hard to find the best plan he could for my family. The others there seem to always be in a hurry and when you talk to them they talk to you as if youre trying to get government clearance to access the pentagon! To add insult to injury, the store never has the phone in stock. You will always hear, "we will have to order that!" Guess I should just go online right?

One of the worst store we have ever visited. Justin was not professional at all and gave of the "I dont care attitude". In result we left to go to Short Pump Store. Save the time and go to short pump store. They know 10 times more and professional as well. PS. Dont let them put on the screen protector, they messed mine up and we still had to pay for it (they "not responsible for any cracks, bubbles, and their mistakes").

Were trying to get away from AT&T we ordered our phones last week of October. Its nearly December and we still dont have them. At one point we thought it was ready but turns out they ordered the wrong iphone. They did send us an alert that they would be ready but they were stolen. This is getting ridiculous.

I had a really nice experience at this Sprint store, Justin helped me get all my phone nonsense handled. He was very professional and had an I-care-a-lot kinda attitude! 10/10 would recommend

Customer service sucks dont go to this store
